I just dropped off a large package at this post office to be returned to Dell. The return label was provided by Dell for the return. This shipment was a large box with excessive weight(laser jet printer). There were two(2) handle holes cut out on either side of the box for easy handling. The woman(who refused to give her name) indicated that the holes would need to be taped up. After a brief argument she told me that she wouldnt accept the shipment unless the holes were taped and then of course charged me 50 cents for two small pieces of tape to cover the holes that were specifically put in the box for easy handling. I find it comical that the shipment arrived to us FED-EX without the holes being covered and I often receive shipment via UPS in the same manner. Needless to say, this store will not receive any future business from me.

Sold my Xbox on eBay and took it here to ship, wasnt given a receipt by the taller man with dark hair and my xbox was never shipped - nor did they claim to ever have been given it. You can connect the dots yourself, but if you ever take a nice looking package to these thieves to be shipped make sure you get a receipt. Otherwise, theyre likely to just take it home.

Most usps offices take Amex cards. I was told they cant because they come out even and dont make money by taking it. Well ok then! Taking business elsewhere and wont be back! And Ive already spread the message to several of my coworkers who do frequent business mailing

Lady by the name Wendy is rude as heck! She obviously didnt have any costumer service training to begin with! I dont know how she landed in this place but she needs to be somewhere in the zoo cleaning the cages and not working with the customers.
