I dont even think Oil City Post office deserves even 1 star... The staff are so rude and nasty! We been receiving packages and mail at our new address mind you we been at our address now for a good while but they will deliver one piece then refuse another why? They get paid a nice salary so why be rude, mean, and not do their job? I refuse to walk in that post office, unless I want to be treated like garbage... I will take all my business to Seneca post office....

I had a package misdelivered a week ago. I called twice, and it still has yet to be taken care of despite what the woman I spoke with at the post office has told me. I spent $123 dollars on this package, and apparently they dont care. She kept insisting itd get taken care of and someone would call me, and neither has happened yet. But yet if one of them was out $123, Im sure they wouldnt be too happy.

The staff is completely rude. The building looks like its going to fall apart. I hate going to the OC post office so I usually find myself going to Seneca or Franklin. At least at those locations, theyre nice people.
