DO NOT GO TO THEM! I made an appointment at 12:00 got there at 11:55 nobody was there I waited till 12 and called them and they said we had an inconvenience can you come back at 4? AFTER I DROVE 30 mins to get my hair done! NO it was not an inconvenience because I know someone who goes here for color and extensions and they did this to them THREE times prior. The least they could do is call and let there customers know or show up when they say there going to be open. Also the girl on the phone is extremely unprofessional and does not know how to talk to customers. I would not waste your time or money on these people.

I had a phenomenal experience; in the past I had stylists who wouldnt even bother to work on my hair because of my history of black dye; Sugey did a phenomenal job first by confirming which process would be best for me and then she took her time and did an amazing bayalage with absolutely no damage to my hair; she styled it amazingly and gave me a reason to drive from CT to NY for continued salon care!! Thanks Sugey and Chanel you ladies are a great team and yall rocked it!!
