I called about 45 minutes in advance and booked an appointment. They told me to come in for 6:15, and I ended up coming 5 minutes early. I went to go check the sign in list and they crossed off my name and said skip! It wasnt even 6:15 yet! I signed in, and it looked like I would be first after a long line of skipped people. More people ended up going in front of me. This place is great for a walk in hair cut but if you have places to be and bank on a quick affordable hair cut, dont count on them to hold your appointment.

Worst cut and style Ive had in a long time. Wearing hat for a month until I can get it fixed. Only reason for 2 stars is it looked ok for first half hour. Then what she curled went straight and saw how jagged and uneven it was.

The call ahead system works pretty well once you understand it. No reservations, just call a few hours ahead and get an estimate of how busy they are. Ive always been satisfied with cuts from there, and the staff are very nice
