I personally dont know the new guy (or even his name) but he was probably one of the worst barbers I ever went to. First of all, he was very rude. Instead of saying youre up, he literally yells across the shop and tells me its my turn. Second of all, he cant cut hair to save his life. I think all those cigs he smokes are getting to him. At the end of my haircut, which was butchered, he said thats twenty. Not in a polite way but instead saying you got my money. Oh dang, your tough for a fat boy. I then proceed to say the sides werent even, dude probably needed a ruler to make my box straight because he couldnt line that up either. I asked him can you fix the haircut and instead he says Im wasting his time. Everybody else at the shop is good. Go to Dre if you want a good cut. This new guy, well, dont bother even going up to him if hes free. Hell probably have more fun and time smoking them cigs than giving decent haircuts.

The place looked alright if Im being honest. Good songs being played and polite barbers. I went up to get my haircut, just a simple par, and the experience was alright until it got to razor part. First of all, my barber used ZERO alcohol before using a razor. After he was done, my skin was beaming red and I couldt stop itching the sides of my face. I thought this was a professional barbershop, indicated by other reviews, but I guess not. If you guys want a good haircut, youre better off going to the Prestige barbershop in Bellerose, which is a little more crowded, but at least they use alcohol and dont cheap out on such things.

Finally Ive found a barbershop thats professional & revolutionizing this business with a modern twist. Appointments are highly recommended but walk-ins are welcomed. Albert whos also the owner is very talented along with Andre & definitely takes their time to ensure your cut & experience is a great one. Ive been supporting Masterpiece since its opened & would highly recommend this establishment. Also parking is very easy in this area & the shop is very spacious & relaxing.

Masterpiece barber shop is first the barber shop I have been to, where you dont feel like a number. They take their time with you and make sure your satisfied when you leave. People always compliment me on hair cut, and ask where I go, I gladly refer them to Masterpiece barber shop. There are barber shops walking distance from my house , but I prefer to drive the 20-25 minutes for the quality of service at Masterpiece Barber Shop.

Long time customer....Ive know the owner for years now, overall great guy with a friendly staff....if care about how you look this is the place you wanna go.....Albert and his team will give those crisp clean lines that you are looking with a fade or cut to match.....they are knowledge in many hair styles and hair types.....even if you have no hair theyll make you look like you do!!!! Clean and relaxed environment. Staff are very professional. They always keep their appointments and are always polite to the customers. The barbers always take their time with each and every customer to give them the best cut possible. Great customer service overall and I cant imagine going to any other barbershop ever again.

Alberts been my barber for about 5 years, never once have I had an issue. Seriously, a barber that actually gets your cut correct and is consistent is difficult to find nowadays. Great looking shop, super comfortable atmosphere. Appointments ONLY, my favorite part. You walk in get cut and go!
