Joy is an AMAZING person! I never met such a sweet lock-smith guy like Joy in NYC. I am glad I found him! I can trust his work, and he will be my go-to lock-smith in NYC :)) I feel comfortable to recommend Joy to my friends and family, also! He listened to my concerns carefully(my lock is getting picked a lot and I was stressed out and scared), and explained to me what I need. He worked on my budget and came quickly. The installation(fresh new lock installation on my apt door) was super quick and clean, and his hands were steady! He has a lot of experiences in this business, because I could tell just by watching his clean work process. After he finished his installation, cleaning was so simple, and I am so thankful!!! Super quick, reliable, and professional, AND great customer care, I wish to give Joy more than 5 starts if I could! Now my door is secure and I feel so safe. Crooks!! No locksmith location is at that resident building,they have many locations including London on their site with many phone numbers,their reviews are fake and their oldest review is one year old,beware of shady locksmiths such as that one,dont let someone that advertise a fake address and appearance to change your locks!
