The gym facility is awesome and feels like a luxury hotel. The bathroom has clean bath towels. I fell in love with the gym after my first visit. The 1 star review is for the poor customer service. Firstly the sales rep gave my boyfriend the wrong rates (not sure if on purpose or by mistake). A manager was nice enough to apologize to us and give me a one-month guest pass to compensate for the confusion. I was happy. After the guest pass expired, I went back to open my account and oh boy, there was just way too much frustration waiting for me. It turned out that I cannot keep the original rate while my boyfriend put his account on hold (he travels a lot) that the sales rep gave him. At this point I believe she was purposely misleading regarding the rate. She didnt express any sense of apology or offered any solution so I escalated the case to another manager. The manager was not curious from the very beginning. He acted like he wanted to get rid of us on the Friday afternoon and that we are trying to take advantage. When we explained the situation to him, he interrupted many times, became defensive, and tried to educate us. Instead of giving a satisfying answer, he went circles with us. In the end it feels like a total waste of time. I dont believe as a customer I should be treated the way I was treated.

This place is like a workout paradise. The gym is so well cared for. My favorite place is the yoga studio where you feel like youre in a world of comfort and calm. The classes are longer than other gyms and the instructors really love getting involved with each person in the classes. Ive tried all the classes for yoga and a few of the dance classes... They are all top notch. I am new to all of the classes as Ive tried other gyms and walked out within 15 minutes feeling like the instructor had 2 or 3 favorite people who were there every day and ignored the new people. This gym doesnt do that. The pools are perfect and the ladies rooms are immaculate. Theres a coed jacuzzi, and one in each locker room. The cafe is great as well as the salon. There are kids around... If youre not into the whole family thing then you may not appreciate this... For my family, this is the perfect spot for 3 hours each weekend where our kid has an array of classes while we work out and relax in the sauna or jacuzzi or swim. This place rocks... Worth every penny.

I just became a member of this gym, and LOVE IT! Its huge, and it feels like a resort. Theres so much to do here! Hundreds of machines, an indoor and outdoor pool, its never usually crowded, and with 3 floors, it feels like the gym is well spread out. They also have executive looking locker rooms, where they offer complimentary razor blades, shaving cream, mouthwash, lotion and deodorant. Unlike XSport down the street where you have to share the parking lot with the rest of the mall, parking is never an issue here. I just get off at Zeckendorf Blvd, and boom! Im there! And to get to XSport on a weekends can be a nightmare! I felt like a traitor switching gyms, but Im glad I did!

My Freind was never told that she is signing a contract for 12 months and there is no way out of it. Who reads the fine prints of a gym contract ? --> thats what they take benefit of. Not an honest business. Their sales is a scam. They tell you one thing and then do another. Made my Freind join and then kept if charging $150 for 12 months even though she had a horrible accident and got disabled. She came only for one day but they are not willing to listen to anything. Even though I told them several times about my freinds situation but they were persistent that she should come herself to cancel or stop the membership.

In the spirit of total transparency is my regular everyday gym. The facility is kept sparkling clean and offers a lot of amenities. If youre familiar with LifeTime locations elsewhere, this location will not disappoint. The facility is Diamond rated, making it flagship quality. This gym is unlike any other; offering me the ability to get in, park, and just workout without having to wait, push, or deal with crowds. Now all of this comes at a price; and having been a member of some of the surrounding offerings it is well worth it, in the time savings alone (not to mention cleanliness).

The gym itself looks amazing. Feels like youre in a resort. The reason for the 3 stars is because of a bad experience at the beginning of my membership. I was scheduled to see a specific training whom I requested, for 10 am. On arrival, they had the time wrong. There was no real apologies. Furthermore, I was rescheduled for another day with a completely different trainer. The guy never asked me if I wanted to be rescheduled with the same trainer which happened to be him. Didnt like how they treated a new member. Not the way you close on a sale.

This is by far the best family-friendly place Ive been with my wife and 3 boys (8, 6 and 3 years old). We all enjoyed the time there exercising and having fun. Excellent, professional, courteous staffs as well as exceptionally clean and well stocked up with towels, shampoos, soaps and etc. Truly living up to its name Life Time, I am so grateful to my friends who introduced me to the place. This company sucks. They keeps spamming you non stop with retarded offers like " Join now and save 50% on a fee we came up with" type specials. UFC and LA Fitness are $50 or less a month with classes and these people want over $150 a month. Explains why they need such horrible spam advertisement. When you try to unsubscribe, it returns a error. Only scumbags market like that. Not legitimate businesses.

Great gym. Very clean. Tons of equipment and machines and weights. Own separate spin and yoga studios are great. Huge indoor pool and outdoor pool. If you are a swimmer they have a separate pool for lap swimming and they have kick boards, pull buoys, and fins to use. The locker room is spacious and tons of lockers. Each locker room as its own hot tub, sauna, and steam room.

If you want to put your membership on hold, this year you have to pay $30. Not $10 like last year! The rules changed with out notice! No one even knows when this change occurred or who made a new rule! Personally heared so many people canceling the entire membership. Ridiculous fee! Who will pay $30 for not coming??!

They will not honor a vacation request and put my membership on hold, even though I was guaranteed it was no problem at sign up. Now I am being informed of a 30 day advance notice policy that was never mentioned previously. Or, perhaps we are all just victims of computer instituted policy.

Needed to freeze my membership, called the number 3 times and left a message. No one ever called back. Finally, went in and they gave me a hard time. Very disappointed with their customer service. Extremely unprofessional.
