The sale representative name Richard was very impatient with me. I couldnt even ask him a few questions without him getting angry and frustrated. He took me to a car lot to show me the vehicle I found on their inventory website. Once I got there to look at the car, he just stood there with a grill on his face. He didnt even bother telling me anything about the car until a few mins later, I said "Can you tell me more about the car?". Then he goes and says only one or two things. I asked him a few questions like is it going to be detailed before its sold. He goes "yeah, you want it detailed? sure whatever." After a few angry stares and bad attitude, he test drove the vehicle while I sat in the passenger seat. He revs the car so high and drove so fast. He turned really sharp at high speeds. I was so scared that I felt like I was going to die in the vehicle. This exact car was the one I was intended to buy. Now after dealing with him and his wreck-less driving, I changed my mind and only to stay away from this guy. If he has no patience to deal with customers than he shouldnt work for sales. Hes only going to make the company and family dealership look bad.

I reached out to this dealership as I was interested in purchasing a brand new Subaru (2014 Tribeca). The dealership is over an hour from my house, but they had the rather rare SUV that I was interested in, in stock. A salesman named Thomas was initially VERY helpful, communicating with me via email. I wanted to have a solid idea of price in place before loading up the family and heading over there. I even sent Thomas several picture of my trade-in, to help in assessing value. However, he then fell completely off the map. He said he;d follow-up the next day with a trade-in value, but he never did. I reached out to him again a few days later, and he never replied. I also emailed the general dealership contact email, and they didnt respond. Purchasing a vehicle here may be a great experience, but I wouldnt know- I was a serious customer ready to come in and leave with a new car, and they made it clear they dont want my business. Im totally frustrated and at a loss as to how they can do business this way, or why theyd choose to do so.

Extremely Rude. They had a car listed on their website under new inventory to I went to inquire with a serious intent to buy. Turns out it is a loaner car and not for sale. When I spoke to them on the phone I explained what I was looking for and they kept "Richard" kept pushing other cars with different packages, colors, etc on me. After explaining that I would rather not settle for a car that was kinda what I was looking for and be stuck with it for the next 10 years of my life, he became frustrated and hung up on me. I used the words "I can buy this car this week, in cash." And I said this truthfully. His lack of patience was stunning and the fact that he readily turned down an easy sale is simply mind blowing. If you do decide to use this dealership I suggest you steer clear of this salesman.

Id been bringing my my 2003 Subaru to West Coast Subaru since I bought it. I am pretty religious about getting it serviced and they always did a top nob job. Never did my car fail me despite hitting well over the 150,000 mile mark. Finally, the the look was getting a bit embarrassing, what with my dents and Gorilla tape holding the fender on..So I called them and said: "OK, time for previously owned Forester with low mileage. They found one that looked like it had never been driven. I cant say enough for the Santoras, a local family that have owned North Coast for two generations. I trust them (a big plus) and they have always taken great care of me and my car. Give them a try. Tell them Suzanne sent you. They wont let you down.

Our sales experience was unlike any other we or you have ever experienced. NO pressure, complete concern for what YOU want and pleasantly working with you to give you the best deal and best serivce. No jerking around, NO podium style BS, NO hidden fees or changes at delivery as many other dealers pull. A real straight forward honest Dealership as all should be. A model for others to follow and dispell the others bad reputations. Follow-up was unexpected with real caring concern. Friendly, really sincere and trustworthy! Would recommend and buy again from this dealership. Helpful ALL the way through including the delivery detail! And I was in the car business myself for years!!!! Take it from someone who knows the ropes!!

I have ordered two new cars from North Coast, both times the experience was smooth and stress free and both times I was kept in the loop on the status of each order and never pushed into adding items I had no intentions of ordering. North Coasts service department has also worked on all my cars. Service was always great and went above and beyond of assure satisfaction. Again, service department also provided great communication and worked to provide the most convenience and was not at all focused on the upsell. I have no desire to deal with any dealership and have never found one that can compare with the customer service focus that is found at North Coast.

After attempting to negotiate the lease of a new Forester with a dealership much closer to my home, an experience that included most of the stereotypically annoying aspects of a car purchase ("How much do you want to pay"?, "Let me speak to the manager"., "This deal is good only for an hour"...), I was surprised & relieved to find how easy the process could be at North Coast. Not only was the salesman (Dave) respectful & courteous, he offered me his best deal upfront without any pressure. The leasing process was easy & pleasant, and I wont hesitate to return when Im ready to replace our other car. This is how the car buying experience ought to be!

I got a great deal on a used car from this dealership, and after a bit of miscommunication with sales and some minor issues with a broken feature on the vehicle, I was amazed by how great the service department is for this dealership. The service manager Danny is like a shining beacon of hope in an otherwise dismal world of mediocre customer service on Long Island. The service manager address my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure than the issues were addressed at the least possible inconvenience to myself. After dealing with the service department I would not hesitate to buy from this dealership again.

I brought my 2017 Subaru Outback from this dealership. The deal was fixed in 30min as compared to other dealers where they play mind games with you. The sales team was wonderful and helpful. They have a great finance manager to advise and educate you on the options. The service team is extra great in setting up appointments according to your convenience. Keep up the good work. Will be recommending anyone who wants to buy a Subaru to your dealership.

North Coast Subaru is by FAR the best dealership I have ever been. They dont play games or waste your time with nonsense back and forward. Both Davids and Michael are honest, fair, super nice, courteous and straightforward. The time I spent in the dealership was a fraction of what Ive spent in the past. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends.
