I went to Northstar almost a year ago so Im really late on writing a review. It haunts me til this day because my grill (that they replaced) has a piece sticking out and it drives me nuts. The owner did say to stop in and hed reinsert the grill since it seems they missed a hinge. The thought of stopping back at this shop is depressing, so I deal with it. Back to my experience: I stopped at Northstar after I had my car detailed, figured Id get a quote on replacing my cracked grill (barely noticeable) and also a touch up on my lower bumper since it had curb damage. The owner explained I could put a claim in and not worry about it. I took his advice and left my car. After an insurance notification of a quote being ready, I took a look and was appalled. I went back to the shop to dispute my estimate and asked why he was replacing my hood and claiming to put new lights when he wasnt (among other things), he explained in order to have a smooth paint job they had to replace it. At that time the hood was already on my car and I was tired so I left it alone. (Please note- this is a 08 Mercedes. Now my car is highly devalued and when taken to Mercedes, they said the hood was not the appropriate distance all around.) They held the car another week or 2, when I called they said they had to detail it so it was taking longer. I received my car and the inside was clean, which was expected, I detailed it before I gave it to them, I headed right to the gas station and as I stood there pumping gas, I swiped my finger on my car and started writing my name in the dust. Detailed?! not! Also, my bumper was apparently "replaced" but a few weeks later it snowed and after getting out of a parking space in my 4matic, the bumper cracked in the same exact area that was damaged. Replaced or sand then finished?! I made the mistake of trusting these people, Dont do the same.

When another driver had hit my car while parked i was referred to North Star Auto Body. I have never experience such incredible service from the moment i called them, to the moment i picked up my car. The owner (Anthony Capone) went above and beyond for me. He immediately set up a rental car for me and took care of everything. Then when I pick up my car, he presents it to me not only flawlessly fixed, but as well as detailed inside and out. It felt as if i was driving it off the lot again almost three years ago. I could not be more happy and if i could give more then 5 stars i would. I will recommend to anyone with any problem with their car. Absolutely incredible service.

North Star repaired both of my vehicles after being involved in vehicle accidents. One repair was from September 2015 and the latest repair work was June 2016. They offer free towing service; assisting with rental vehicles & insurance companies; and the flawless repair work. With North Stars customer service, they actually make repairing your vehicle, less stressful. Anthony (owner) is true professional, very knowledgeable and just an all around cool guy. His office staff is great to deal with. If you need repair work, give North Star a call, you will not regret it.

The shittiest auto body shop in the area I brought my car in after an accident when he came out to have more problems than before it went in when I brought then it was just for front and when he came out the passenger doors didnt open from the inside the horn didnt work and the brakes were loose Highly recommend you dont you Anthony he is a nasty person to deal with

My Audi S4 was hit on the front driver side fender by a young teenage girl. Anthony Capone and his employees went above and beyond from start to finish to make this the best experience I have ever had. The whole process was very efficient and smooth their quality of work speaks for itself. I will be referring my friends, family and customers to them as well.

Job done great, I would of rate 5 starts,but no customer services,took 5+months to fix my car. Picked up my car today,found out my driver seat has no power....and now I need more time to inspect my car,to see what more they missed out to be fix ...purposely.This is just my experience.
