I normally dont write reviews because nothing really ever bothers me enough to have to warn people about it. I have been giving this greedy business chances all year because this one woman there is extremely kind (hadnt seen her in a while either, she probably came to her senses and quit). The atmosphere is extremely negative, the owner does not know how to conduct business and is extremely rude. Not to mention they managed to say something derogatory about my eyebrows every time I went for threading. I was overcharged and lied to about it and when I questioned further the owner starts getting loud and yelling at me and all the employees came out to watch the show. I speak their language and have heard them talking about white customers while they are threading their eyebrows (and believe me they werent saying nice things). The owner is a thief and I got sick of being cheated and treated like some farm animal. This place doesnt deserve a single star, but I guess thats the price I have to pay for this civil duty. Stay gorgeous and dont let this place make you feel or look any less. Plenty of salons up and down this same street that cant possibly be any worse than aaina so try elsewhere!

today is my third and final visit to this place. my first 2 times , I felt they were expensive but I was ok with service, I felt that they push a lot of new products and services. Today I clearly told them I have very sensitive skin I dont want to have the bleach, but the store in-charge was on the phone with owner and said we have mild bleach, which is oxy..blah blah , try it and forced me. It was one horrible experience, my skin started burning and the felt horrible and could not continue to have facial, in spite of all this I had to pay extra for bleach, I am not going back to this greedy place again.

I only come here for Jeet. She is honestly the best employee there. She is always happy to see me and always is really nice. She understands how picky i am with my eyebrows and always makes them look PERFECT. She always has me in and out quickly because she knows I come on my lunch break.I had a facial done by her as well and it was very relaxing and she did a great job, only thing is that i broke out after the facial (not the salons or Jeets fault, just the products dont work with my face) Even considering on going back for some waxing because their prices are just so comfortable.

I normally dont write reviews, but I would have to agree with the negative posts below. I have had my eyebrows threaded from many different places in new york and in other states, and they have all been good. I know it takes training and I have felt that most people who do threading know what they are doing. However, this was by far the worst eyebrow threading experience ever. They have no idea what they are doing. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. There are many different places for threading around that area, so go elsewhere.

This place is terrible. I got my hair colored! She completely messed up my natural color and made my hair pitch black and then she was saying how she could still see my highlights trying to convince me when she dyed my hair pitch black. The cut was terrible too they were supposed to give me long layers and they cut it all over the place. It looks terrible and it costed a lot still like $100 total. I would NEVER recommend anyone going here please save your time and money!

I was their recently just for easy hair style with appointment. She told me to come at 3:30, she started at 3:45. But all her staff and her dont know anything. And mess with My hair, they dont have enough supllies & fight each other for 1 spray. I finished @7pm. That was my worst experience with them. I extremely hate that stupid owner, she dont know anything except tharding. Ill never go their again and warn all others to dont go to that salon.

I never write a review but I have to write this to let people know not to come here. I made an appointment for nails for me and my daughter and the owner talked me into getting a facial and thats fine, but they messed my nails and toes and she did not even bother to check, she has very unhappy employees, they talk about how bad she treets them instead of letting the customer relax. This place is just waste of money and time!!!!! Indira

Aaina really deserves the 5 stars! For starters, the prices are amazing. The beauticians always manage to get my eybrows perfect! i also got a spa treatment for my sweet 15, and the next morning, my skin was at its best! i felt awake and fresh. I highly recommend Aaina.
