THIS COMPANY IS THE MOST DISGUSTING WORK FORCE I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!!! First off, they dont even deserve one star.their Unprofessional,lock of knowledge and training in customer service,careless employees and just down right A JOKE! I was fired last year December of 2016,a few days before Christmas,from an assignment that had something to do with me being "black" and just a "temp worker" and havent gave me a real chance to defend myself..i been on and work for months and Dont want to file unemployment. before that,they havent gotten me or any of my call leagues any permanent or seasonal jobs..just a day or week job here n there under $11.00(who can live on that?) they want you to go on your knees and beg for work, because of since they have the power of assigning you to a job,they think they can say or do whatever they want with you.they will even purposely not give you a work if they someone dont like and god forbid if you make a complaint.i strongly advised DO NOT WORK FOR RANSTAD OR ELSE YOULL BE SORRY..

Today I was at 2:00 pm and, I asked a woman by a front desk about available job vacancies. A woman with a microphon on her ear was too" busy " to give me short answer that there are no job positions available. I attempted to give resume, but she did not even looked at it. Later on, I said that I would like to get either full time or part time work, but the woman did not want to help me. She even didnt try to give me explanations. The only answer she provided me with is no work. She didn try to explain to me how I can apply. I didnt understand this kind of treatment was just for me or it is a common type of communication with people. Why do they allow those people to give information if they cant do it appropriately? I hope that someone can change this attentive approach.

Overall very helpful. I called ahead looking for to see if they are hiring. With the tough job market right now, I was excited when they asked me to come down and talk through my resume and qualifications. They were helpful, courteous and kind throughout the whole process and was able to find me a placement suitable for skill set. Glad to say that I would not be where I am if it was not for their help.

Its a great team and they genuinely care about whats best for you. They did an excellent and efficient job finding me something that was suitable considering I have a family.
