This is by far the WORST employment agencies in Long Island. The owner is extremely rude and very unorganized. She does not treat her clients very nicely at all. She never calls back, even after weeks. Her office staff is just as rude. I went in here one afternoon after my hair appointment in Southampton to try and meet with the owner and discuss hiring a house keeper face to face. I walked in here very cheerful expecting to meet a wonderful women who would be able to help me, well I was wrong, I could hear her yelling at her staff before I even got through the second door. Most of these reviews are friends/family/ or servers that all seem to have been persuaded with their reviews. It seems all the bad reviews are from her actual clients. What does that say here? I am not the only person who has tried to use her and has had a very negative experience, some of my friends have had the same issues as well. I have been to parties that were staffed with servers from her agency and they were horrible ! Couldnt stop talking, dropping everything, rude, dirty, etc.. Whenever I hear of a friend wanting to hire staff I tell them to stay far away from with place ! Go to Hire Society or Hamptons Domestics instead ! Save your time.

As a student who was looking for a second job (first being a restaurant server), I looked into many positions around Long Island, similar to my previous experience, but with an entirely new and fresh environment that was currently unknown to me. I came across the Hampton’s Employment Agency when I waited on the business owner, Alekandra, and her husband where she noticed my work ethic and attitude toward the customer service industry. From there, she complimented me on the service and asked if I wanted a job. From the start, we talked about her business and I knew that this was the fresh job that I was looking for. This shows that she has a particular image for her business and scouts them herself, if she can, putting her staff where she and I would feel most comfortable. Alekandra’s professional and welcoming demeanor made it very comfortable to talk to her about anything. This job offered flexible hours with a competitive wage (which made my decision to join HEA’s team easier!). I am very grateful to be apart of the staff at this company and I would definitely recommend anyone hard-working to apply and any client looking for a wide variety of service to HEA.

We are a full service catering company in the Hamptons and on occasion we need extra staff for large parties and charity events that we cater. Hamptons Employment Agency exceeds expectations with their professional, knowledgeable, courteous and well trained staff. Their employees are always above the bar and very proficient in their duties. Aleksandra is a gem to work with and goes above and beyond to fulfill every clients needs. There have been some last minute events that came up where additional staff was needed, Aleksandra worked diligently and came through for us with flying colors and provided exceptional staff. Definitely the best staffing agency we have ever worked with and I would highly recommend them for any of your household or event staffing needs!

I can not say enough positive things about this company. First of all the owner is extremely personable and cares deeply about not just her clients but her employees as well. They all speak highly of her. If you book an event with her, she will see to it that all your demands are met down to even the smallest detail. Aleksandra very skilled at what she does, seeks 100% client satisfaction, and goes out of her way to ensure it. Secondly, she makes sure that the people she selects for any position are perfect fits. You can settle for any other domestic agency but if you want the best use this company!

My company (Runaway Bride Destination Weddings) hired Hamptons Employment Agency for a wedding event we did in Southampton, NY two weeks ago. I cannot say enough things about how FABULOUS the girls they sent over were.
