MOST of the staff at AJC are very helpful and professional. There are a few workers (namely and older gentleman) who clearly needs some training in how to speak to people. His demeaning and patronizing tone is unwelcomed in this place and it needs to be addressed immediately. Also, there are some workers who must not have a volume control on themselves and find it acceptable to laugh or have conversations at full volume. It is unfortunate that my experience has to be ruined by the actions of others.
