RH is the worst company I have ever worked with. First, they are not a recruiter or placement firm. They are the white collar equivalent of a sweat shop. They will bill you out for 2 to 4x what they pay you. And even if you have a perm offer but are financially good for them for temp work, they will torpedo your perm offer. They paid me $24/hour and complained that they were doing me a favor and used their famous line "budget is tight on this one," I found out they billed me out at $74/hour. If you work with RH, you will never make more than ~40K a year. Thats their strategy! Additionally, if RH sends you to work at a company and then you leave that company, you will prob not be eligible to be hired as a perm by that company since RH will require the company to pay RH a hefty recruitment fee even after you have left. So if there is a company you are interested in, apply directly and sidestep Robert Half. They wont tell you that. Believe nothing these people say and only half of what they show you!!

Worst "Recruiting" Firm ever. They call you in to have interviews with them...and then never find you a job. I met with 3 people on 3 separate occasions and nothing ever came of it. Worst of all, someone told me "you are paid too much for what you do." 1) I live on Long Island 2) Ive made this at 2 different jobs and 3) that is not your place to say. You find me a job, dont decide that I dont get paid enough. These people are a waste of time and it sucks because most of the postings on Long Island and through them and I never want to deal with them again.

Not very helpful. Went there 2 months ago and they still have not been able to find anything for me. Obviously I have moved on. Quite disappointed.
