Absolutely incredible service. They’re only an email away when we are in need of Warehouse Associates. They dedicate an entire team to helping your company find the right employees. I’ve had the pleasure of working with two Recruiters there – Anita and Michelle. Both are persistent, diligent and professional. I am very happy with their results and I would recommend them to anyone trying to find talent for their company.

I worked for 3 different employment agencies in my life. The first 2 were fine. However, the most , pleasant one that I enjoyed working for was Pridestaff in Melville. My then agent Ms. Anita Zheng was GREAT. She has a very nice personality. It was very easy to communicate with her. She never wasted time to get me on a new assignment when I needed one. I would not hesitate to recommend Pridestaff to anyone!

WORST STAFFING COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!! I have never had such a bad experience with a staffing agency until I came to this one. You can do EVERYTHING to follow up, go to them and talk with them...they set you up with the interview and then they never get back to you when you dont get the position. It wasnt even trying to offer alternative job offers. The office has two people that work there and they lack everything.

They have misled us throughout the process. We told them we needed to replace someone during the first 90 days and they said they would assist with a replacement and then completely blew us off. We ended up spending $7500 without any care from management to honor their word. Very disappointing and untrustworthy company to work with. I recommend seeking another recruiter as they dont stand behind their promises.

Answered a job posting on careerbuilder and went down to their offices in Melville. Never heard from them again. What happened to the job that they posted on careerbuilder?Called them and they said they had nothing at the moment. That was 4 months ago. It is hard to believe they dont have one job that I qualify for to send me!!!!! What a waste of time!!!!

To me its a no brainer. Why would anyone not wanna have a job recruiter working for you? I can tell you from my own personal experience, PrideStaff is damn good at what they do. They got me a very good job and I cant thank them enough! Bravo!! :)
