I have been using Aerotek since about 2012 if I am not mistaken. I have always been able to count on the company to provide me with employment. My recruiter Taj B. has taken care of me since day one. I do not have a single complaint about Taj. He always does his best to provide me with the pay range I have earned, as well as a position I can not only take on but one that I can grow & expand my resume with. Whenever necessary your recruiter will introduce you to another to provide you with a position you may be interested (Taj has done this for me before). Aerotek has the upmost professional staffing agency I have ever come across. The staff is very detail oriented, and make it a mission to find you the position that would best suit you. I can at least say these things about the agency when it comes to Taj. I highly recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for a reliable, professional and upbeat agency. Taj has always worked very hard at providing his employees with reliable work. Every time I ask he delivers! When all else fails I can always count on Taj. Thank you Aerotek for keeping the best recruiter I have ever met as well as never switching my recruiter on me.

I have worked with Aertek, mostly through John Phelan, for almost four years now. John and his team have helped with multiple placements of Software, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers at multiple companies Ive worked for. They continually provide a high level of service; taking the time to fully understand our staffing needs and provide high caliber temporary and permanent personnel that allow us to meet the demanding needs of our programs. John and his team understand both our budget and schedule constraints; making sure to provide candidates who are both immediately available and within our budget ensures that Aerotek is go-to for all our technical staffing needs. Aerotek – most notably John and his team – is quite easy to work with and very responsive. John is immediately responsive to any need we have and always seems to be the first person with available candidates. If he can not immediately respond to a concern we have, he will have one of his team members get in touch with us and work through the issue. In summary, I give John, his team and Aerotek very high praise and recommend them to anyone I know who is need of technical staffing assistance.

Working with Joe DiBernardo from Aston Carter was the best experience that I have ever had with a recruiter (and Ive worked with more than a few). From our first conversation about the role to negotiating the offer, Joe handled everything professionally and in more than a timely manner than I could have ever expected. He gave me excellent pointers along the way and always stayed in communication with me. He is very on top of things and he is honest, which made working with him very comforting. I went on several interviews for a position, most during the evening, and he was always available when I contacted him to discuss the interviews. By the next morning he would already have feedback and be working on next steps. On one interview the client even mentioned how much they love working with him on filling roles because he takes the time to understand who they are looking for and is just great at what he does. Overall, he is an excellent recruiter and I highly recommend working with him!!!

I was contacted by Ashley Gorazda regarding a position as a mechanical engineer that she thought I was a good match for. Unfortunately I was not hired for that position but Ashley call me a few weeks later with a second opportunity for different company that she thought I was a perfect match for. I am happy to say I accepted the position and have began working for the second company. Ashley was very thorough, offering plenty of help and advice for my interview. She understood what I was looking for and the reason I decided to leave my prior company, she used that information to get me to where I wanted to be. I would have stayed if I didnt come up onto a long term job offer I couldnt refuse. Jasmine Kaur, my handler was amazing and presistent. She did an outstanding job keeping my feet wet and I would reccomend her to anyone. She allowed my career to take the next step and I can never repay being given that chance. I lost my job on 4/24. I sent my resumes out the following day and received a call from aerotek that Wednesday. Nick Franzini Was my recruiter and he called me for a phone interview. I came in Friday and we went over jobs and I took a typing test. Nick went above and beyond and Monday he got me an interview with an employer. Nick went above and beyond to help me with everything. He took the time to answer any questions I had via text or email. He was very patient and helpful. He is the best in the business and I cant thank him enough.
