I live in San Antonio, Texas. When I received word that my 23 yr old son died in the Bronx, I was beyond shattered. I flew into New Jersey, took a train to NYC and a cab to the Coroners office in queens to identify his body. To say I was a wreck is an understatement. Before I left Texas I had contacted Majestic Funeral Services in Jamaica. The following day I met Robert at Majestic. He went above and beyond expected services. His reassurances and care for my sons remains set my heart at ease. His staff took care of our immediate comforts and even helped us find our way back into the city without having to pay another exorbitant amount for a cab ride. Its not a big fancy place. I was grateful for that. It felt like family and home, not some over-the-top profit monger. Knowing my son, he wouldnt have it any other way. Today I go back to pick up my sons cremains. Well be traveling back to Texas knowing my son had the best care possible. Thank you, Robert, for giving peace to a grieving mom.

I wanted Cremation Services for a deceased family friend. He had no family in the US and since I was not involved in any of his care, I did not have any personal information to give. Robert was my contact at Majestic Funeral Service and he was Excellent. He made all the necesarry calls to the deceased ex-wife to get authorization and personal information. I was getting the run a round from the MEs office and every other place I called. I definetly reccomend this funeral home. ROBERT you are the best.THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

Worst experience ever! Decided to go to Allboro cremation after the WORST service possible, from their "director" of all people. The guy completely hates his job, and is terribly condescending, rude, and unprofessional. This occurred on multiple phone calls. I cant imagine how this place stays in business. Dont waste your time here. Buyer beware!!!

We received the high quality of service expected. Pricing was researched for direct cremation with no ceremony. Majestic cost 25% of others- thats an education in excessive billing. Paperwork and cremains rapidly and effectively managed. Phone calls always immediately picked up with capable staff. Judge the performance over the location.

Highly recommend. I was in a bind and Robert was able to help me out. He handled my fathers cremation in such a timely and efficient manner. He was a life saver! Reasonably priced and up front about everything.
