I broke down on my way home after purchasing a new to me vehicle. I was blessed this shop was right down the street from where I stayed overnight, and more so I was blessed to have people like Kim and Jovan work on my vehicle. Very understandable people, squeezed me in on a holiday and stayed late just to make sure Ill make the trip home safe. Needless to say the actual repair was spot on, reasonably priced and using nothing but quality parts! Whoever lives in the area are lucky because these guys give a true meaning to "reputable independent shop" title! It is an absolute dealership replacement in my book, they dont hold anything from you and break down the problem in plain English language as opposed to dealerships that just try to confuse you thus demanding more $$. Thanks again Kim and Jovan, you came thru for me and this is the least I can do for you!

This auto shop was highly recommended to me and the big service check turned out $500 to $600 cheaper than going to a dealer. But immediately after their "service", my vehicle (an European import) began to suffer multiple strange problems which it never experienced before. Stuttering, smoking, eventually had to be towed to the dealer and now I have to purchase a new vehicle because the current one has become extremely unreliable (with three more visits to the dealer repair shop over the month). I tried to negotiate for a refund but the shop has ignored my efforts. $500 vs. $25,000. Spare yourself the heartache. Do NOT use them or you will regret it.

I have had my Mini Cooper serviced here several times and they have even fixed things I didnt know about. I bring my VW here and leave for over a week to fix this very light, break and tune up. Only to get it back a week later and was told we dont do those kind of seat belt repairs. Well thanks a lot. Would have be nice to know.

In short, my car rides like a dream again thanks to Import Auto. They are also trustworthy and my wallet is smiling! :) Ive been using them since 1999. Highly recommend them!
