I have been there 2x, the first time they forgot the top off my fluids and remove the old wiper blades from my hood/window niche when I had them replaced. The second time... they forgot to top off my fluids again (in winter), and they forgot to add oil. Yes, they removed the old oil, and then never put more back in. I will never go to a firestone again!!!!!
