Pep boys is the greatest company I ever worked for. I loved coming to work every day. I was a get in the Service dept. I was fired because the drug addict I was training screwed up and lied to me and the Service writers and let a vehicle leave with loose lug nuts. I always double checked to make sure to the correct torque with a torque wrench. I tried to explain to my store manager that was always hostile to me and even saw him throw tires at a coworker that I got pulled off to help another coworker and answer a customers question. But he didnt care. The drug addict didnt even get written up. I currently work for mavis discount tire,its a horrible company to work for all they care about is money and not the employees or customers. At work we call it mavis sweatshop tire or slavis tire. Both the manager that hired me and the one I have now left to work for the brick store. Two of the greatest managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Id do anything to work with them at pep boys Id even work for free with out a day off. And mavis wonders why they are losing managers and techs to pep boys

After ordering parts from pepboys main website from this location, we had a hard time communicating with the website and the store when to pick up our order. After back and forth with the 1 800 number and the store, we came to this location to pick up and found out that some of our parts were at a different location. Angel was so helpful. He made sure we left there with what we needed and he called the other store to make sure they would have the rest of our order ready. I would highly recommend this location because of how kind Angel was to us. His customer service was tip top! If you ever find yourself at this location make sure to ask for Angel!!

Tires took over 2.5 hours with earliest 8am appt. made week in advance. Had my other car done Costco 1.5 hours. I was told an hour here. Dont believe them... Prices cheaper Costco and Tire Rack. I only made this appt online because it was close to another appt I had in the area. Well, that backfired... Online appts are of no value here. Over 2.5 hours with appt. Very uncomfortable waiting room. People try and are nice. Maybe understaffed, underfunded.

Terrible. The manager, I think his name is Kevin or Keith is a cocky pompous sarcastic person. He did not have my best interest in sight. The other employee even felt bad for me and had my back.i will never go back to this pep boys in brick because of him. He even got mad at me when the coffee machine was not working lol. Bottom line is pep boys in brick NJ sucks because of him!!

Ive been here many time in the past few months. Many great experiences and they help you out as fast as they can. Josh personally works with some of the cars that are brought in and he seems to have a passion for this. The guy at the front counter never really seems to smile that much but he does have a good personality and answers your questions.

They are so overpriced. They wanted to do my front and back brakes for $900.00. I went and bought all supplies for under a $100.00. At auto zone. I was lucky enough to find someone to put them in for $300.00. They are a rip off. They saw a woman and jacked up the prices.

This is a great store! The Manager Josh Kaiser runs the store with great satisfaction! It was a pleasure to do business there! I would recommend going to this store to everybody. The mechanics are very well trained!

I made an appointment over the phone for oil change and they told me its going to be 30 minutes. It ended up to be almost an hour and a half. Im really upset that it took longer and youre supposed to.
