I have had nothing but good experiences at Bayville Car Wash and Quick Lube. They do many things for 3 of my vehicles including my 2004 lincoln aviator, 2008 Chevrolet Malibu and my V12 Biturbo Mercedes S600 - oil changes, tire rotation, suspension adjustments, amazing car detailing, trans flushes and engine flushes. They are friendly and honest and the techs are knowledgeable, especially Mike. During oil changes, the owners explain if any additional items were found to be faulty or in need of repair or replacement and do not push you to complete it at that moment. They approach it as, notifying you of possible problems with no pressure to fix it immediately. They are not to be avoided due to a couple of bad reviews listed here..... Their prices are fair - no more or less than other credible repair centers, and youre getting the peace of mind with a reliable repair. If I trust them with my $125k Mercedes (no joke).... dont you think that says something? I will continue to use them and refer friends and family to them.

This was one of my worst experiences ever.....STAY AWAY!!!! This is a nasty foul run business...The owner Brad and his brother are thiefs...I dropped my car off for a $360 detail service and when I went to pick up my vechicle I got a $17 car wash with some tire shine slopped on....the customer service is deplorable they wouldnt even look to see the horrible job that was done....my seats were never steamed cleaned like they said ....carpets never shampooed.....the Windows were so streaked I couldnt even see to drive the vechicle home....I refused pay and had to call the police ....they took $100 off my bill because I was not satisfied.....Brad one of the owners told me I wasnt allowed on his property ever again!!! This place is a joke and the lady who detailed my car looked like she was homeless and just released from jail......save yourself the headache ...do it yourself or find a real business!!!!!!

I came here because its a minute from my house. I just paid $18 for a car wash that didnt include the interior at all. The back of my truck still had mud on it and they barely towel dried it so Ill have water spots all over it. I went in and said something to the guy behind the desk and he said "exterior car wash only". For $18!?!? And BTW I used to get my oil changed here and while I would wait I would hear them telling every customer, especially elderly and females about how bad they need air filters or wiper blades or whatever. You cant get through their doors without trying to sell you something. I will never be going back here. Drive 10 minutes south the Lacey car wash and for the same price you get a pristine interior and exterior car wash.yy

I often used the Bayville auto center and never had any issues, but heard of others who had and then it caught up with me. I took my car in for a tire rotation. The next day my car was vibrating. They never tightened the lug nuts. When I confronted the manager he told me to "watch my tone" and laughed. That is not the correct response when you nearly kill someone. My friend had two issues with them. He took his truck in for a transmission fluid flush and they crashed his truck into the garage door (they fixed it). He also had his truck washed and they broke his side mirror off (they fixed it). If my tire fell off my my car they wouldnt be able to fix me. They offered to fix my tires, but I refused. They will never touch my vehicle again.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely horrible service. Very very untrustworthy. No communication with customer about service. When I received my vehicle after the service I requested, the price was double my estimate and multiple gauges and lights would not work in my vehicle. Spoke to bald guy at counter and advised him that these things were working prior to me bringing my vehicle there. He fed me some crap about how they wouldnt turn back on after being plugged back in. Then asked me if I wanted to price out the service to have them fixed. NO THANK YOU. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK.

Went in for an oil change and questions about other repairs. The person I talked to was very helpful. I asked for a price quote for two new tires, rotation and balance. The prices he quoted (which included labor) were less than Pep Boys and Sears, and they said it would only take an hour if I was interested. It was quick and the place was CLEAN!!! Plus I received a FREE car wash before leaving. I plan on getting the tires during my next service.

THERE CAR WASH RIPPED PARTS OFF THE EXTERIOR OF MY CAR. THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEY ARE RIP OFFS ON THERE PRICES AND THERE MANAGEMENT SUCKS. EVERYONE THERE HAS A BAD ATTITUDE VERY VERY RUDE. THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER LOCAL PLACES THAT ARE BETTER AND CHEAPER. OHH AND BY THE WAY IM TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR MY DAMAGE DONE TO MY VEHICLE.

They are the worst! Will try to rip you off anyway they can. Said they called for a part and lied. I called the dealer myself they never called. Left me hanging for over a week! Thanks alot for wasting my time! The found out they marked up the price fom $23.99 to $239.00 and yes that wasnt for labor added in!

Very untrustworthy. Went in for brake issues, paid an arm and a leg, and had worse brake issues about 9 months later. Of course it "wasnt their fault." Constantly upselling, never bothered to look at air filter during oil changes (ended up causing more problems). Dont waste your time here.

DONT GO TO THIS TRASHY PLACE ...they stole straight from my car and then called the police .... what a disappointment and waste of space .... brad and his brother are extremely disrespectful...... and those junkies thats work for them need to be fired and arrested for theft

brought my car in for an oil change............ they topd off all my fluids which i never asked for and i found OIL in the brake lines all i wanted was an oil change....... tryed to sell me everything under the sun again.........all i wanted was an oil change

They locked my keys in my car. The owner acted like it was my fault then I had to call on star and wait 45 minutes to get my keys out of my car. I understand if it was an accident but the way the owner handled the situation was highly unprofessional.

Terrible. They changed venue. Now have full wash on weekends. Was going to use their vacuum. Had mats out. No one there. Owner come running out . Says cant use that. How stupid to run a business. Regular customer no more.

I went there for tire rotation and they couldnt figure out how to get lock nuts off and I also went for new bulb for headlight and they couldnt figure that out really . I went somewhere else and instantly got the job done

Our two vehicles get full Synthetic oil changes as needed. They are quick and never have had problems. Free car wash is a nice little perk also.

Always speedy oil change & Free car wash! Havent brought my car in for any issues, only maintenance.
