Visited this location to get our cars tire alignment checked. The guy who attended us informed that there is a sale going on for the basic checks and rotation of tires is also included. We agreed to that. In sometime another guy working there came, said, there is no wheel lock key in the car. Since I am a new driver, never owned a car before, not aware of what a wheel key is, yes quite silly of me, I asked are you sure. The man said yes we checked the glove box and back box, the one where the extra tire stays. They suggested me to get it from Toyota. I called Toyota Galaxy. They said either we can order a new one or put a regular one in your car so that the lock key is not a problem. I asked the Firestone guy what should I do. He said lock key is not required since nobody would need the Prius Tire. I left for Toyota Galaxy. The guy there said let me check your box in the back of the car. The wheel lock key was there. I asked are you sure this is the wheel lock key. I mean how could the firestone guy miss it. It was right on top of other tools. Nevertheless, we thought there is something called human error and went back to Firestone. I showed the chap who first attended us the lock key as it was right on top there. He said, we dont check the personal stuff of customers normally people keep it at the glove box whereas the other Firestone guy said they checked everything. What I hated the most is yet to come he said he will be able to rotate the tires after one hour or maybe we can come on Monday because sunday is closed. Later he came out and told he can do it right now but that was late. After realising there mistake they could have behaved better with a visibly irate customer, whose more than 1 hour was wasted going to and back from Galaxy and knowing that everything was in the car. As novice as I am on cars I like to deal with people who I can trust. After this experience I wont trust them for anything.

Absolute liars. Sat here for two hours telling them what my issue was and they refused to agree/believe that I knew what I was talking about. They insisted that I needed three engine mounts that would total around 1200 dollars when it was ACTUALLY an issue with the rear axle. I got the job done with my mechanic back home who showed me the vehicle on the lift. He pointed out to me my engine mounts and demonstrated that they were firmly in place without issue. The repair job at home cost me 400 compared to firestones proposed 1200. Funny.....the only other customer in the waiting room also mysteriously had trouble with "engine mounts". Special of the weekend, I suppose? Look out for these guys. Theyre not even a little bit honest.

Great service and always helpful! Whenever i need something done in a timely fashion they are always more than accommodating to my needs and time frames. Recently had a oil change done and was not able to pick the car up that day and we had a slight snow storm and the service men were more than helpful to leave the car in the garage for me overnight! Excellent employees to work with and will definitely be using them in the future for all my car needs! The best part is they never try to sell you on services or parts that you do not need! The #1 thing about Firestone is they are a trustworthy service store who will never try to screw you out of money!

Went in with flat tire to have it fixed. They kept it overnight and made no attempts to fix it. The only intended to sell one to me. I would not recommend this place for any service. Ther only intention is to sell you more than you need. I took the tire down to Stafford Tire Center at 400 Route 35 in Middletown. They fixed the flat, mounted it, and placed the spare tire where it belonged in under 1/2 hour, and did so for $16.05! Ive never been to a better, honest car mechanic in my life!

Had a set of tires from TireBuyer delivered here. Kevin called immediately once they were delivered to set up my appointment. He was extremely courteous and helpful. The tires were mounted quickly and balanced perfectly. They even charged me less than what TireBuyer quoted me and had no problem with me taking one of my old tires. Highly recommended these guys, they did an excellent job.

No matter how many times I have been here, I always get or see them ripping people off. Last time they changed a customer for a simple OBD2 scan on a check engine light. Tip Go next door for a free scan on check engine lights.
