I am giving this establishment one star, ONLY, because Im not sure how to give half-a-star, or none at all. I was having issues with my tires going bald on a 3-year old truck, so I took my truck here for, what I assumed would be, an alignment (and some new tires, because mine were bald). Sure enough, the alignment was off, and all four tires needed to be replaced. Over $1000. And a 4-hr wait. Woof. Whatever though. Not the issue. My issue came when I brought the truck back a few days later because it didnt feel quite right. It felt jumpy, a little off. Ive since been told this could just be the new tires breaking in. It sounds like BS, but Ill even let that slide. My tire light had come on a few days (maybe 4) after having work done. They did some research, pulled off one of my tires, and found my tire censor, broken into a few pieces. They told me this would cost almost $300 to replace. IM SORRY...how did I break my tire censor? I dont know where my tire censor is...I barely know how to check my oil. I only drove my truck to work, and BACK to Midas, and YOU HAD TO TAKE THE TIRE OFF TO FIND THE CENSOR. HOW is that IN ANY WAY my responsibility?? You mean to tell me that the 4 hours of work on my truck just DAYS before had NOTHING to do with the censor just breaking into like 6 pieces?? And now I have to pay for a new one??? Shenanigans. Ill never take another vehicle here. Thumbs down.

OWNER WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE. Went in for oil change and wanted almost 10 minutes for a casual phone conversation before the owenr RICK FRAME,(PICTURE RIGHT WHEN YOU WALK IN), told me he would be with me shortly. Immediatley started giving me attitude, not sure if he was having a bad day @ 9 30 A.M. but after being disrespected as a CUSTOMER by an owner of the OVERPRICED auto chain, were I heard the mechenic say on the phone doesnt matter which brand just make sure its the MOST EXPENSIVE. I told him that he was being rude and completely unproffesional, he told me that if did not like to get out of his business. Have you mind at this point my ride had been sitting out there for over 25 minutes. Never felt so offended trying to get an oil change. IT IS CLEAR THE COMMENT BELOW ME IS A FRAUD BECAUSE I HAVE TALKED TO SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALSO SAID THAT BOTH OWNER/OPERATORS JACK UP THE PRICE AND ARE GENERALLY RUDE PEOPLE. be happy if you read this and midas does delete my comment, SAVE YOUR SELF A TERRIABLE BUSINESS TRANSACTION.

Two weeks after I received an oil change my car started making horrible noises. I looked under the hood and the engine is covered in oil because they forgot to put my oil cap back on. So not only is there possible engine damage because my car has no oil left in the engine, but all the oil needs to be washed out. When I went in to the store and told them this, the guy just shrugged and said he would order me a new oil cap. No offer of even a partial refund for a completely botched oil change. The reason I am being generous and giving two stars is because at least they didnt charge me for the oil cap that THEY lost. Once I received the cap I went somewhere else to get another oil change and get the entire engine cleaned out. Crossing my fingers that there is minimal long term damage, but only time will tell. UNACCEPTABLE

A once loyal Midas customer will NEVER be returning to Midas ever again due to my experience at this shop. Not only was the front of house representative extremely rude, persistent and pushy; but continued to exude the stigma that mechanics will scam you. To attain an estimate on a repair I was charged to only be told they can "mess with the numbers" to change the cost. I was able to find a estimate that was HALF of the rate they were offering and was then questioned and reprimanded for looking else where. It took over three hours for an oil change and 15 minutes to make a payment. I highly recommend NOT going to this shop. Mind you I have never written a review for anything before, this experience must be shared in WARNING to others who will get ripped off too!

GREAT EXPERIENCE >We all know the old saying "If its not broke dont fix it." Unfortunately with past auto mechanic shops, my husband and I always had that uneasy feeling wondering if something really needed fixing or not. Since we started going to Wall Midas, we have never felt like that again. The owner George Stork is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He has been the one we have spoken to everytime we have brought our vehicles to them. Its nice to see the owner of a business that up close and personal. The prices are fair and reasonable which to us is just an extra added bonus. Just having a place to take our cars to, whom we can trust is PRICELESS! LKG

Excellent! Wall Midas is under new ownership! Rick no longer works for the establishment. George is the nicest person to go to with any car issue. I recently had to have my passenger side mirror replaced. It was originally quoted at around $80 BEFORE labor. And that was just for the glass! George looked at multiple websites for me to find the lowest rate possible. And brought me back to look as well! He found the mirror with the mounting together for only $38!!!! And it only took 20 minutes! Ill never go anywhere else for anything, whether it be a simple oil change or something more extensive! Very pleased with the service!!!!!

I broke a brake like at 3:30 in the afternoon and after calling 6 different shops that couldnt fit me in I spoke with John who told me he was backed up as well. I told him I appreciated it, and I would try again. But he then told me he doesnt like to turn anyone away and said to come on by. He managed to fix my car (staying late to do so) and topped it of by just charging labor. Class act, great personality, and a job well done. I HIGHLY recommend these folks, and will be a repeat customer. Thank you.

CHECK YOUR CAPS! Went for an oil change and a new belt, next day I am on the side of the road overheating. My Coolant cap, brake fluid, completely missing and windshield washing fluid hanging from its tab. Manager said it is not their problem. Was this Neglect from the technician? Or malicious retaliation for me declining additional service at an outrageous price? Either way- highly unacceptable at a labor rate of $110 an hour.

Recently had oil change and was pleasantly surprised to see that there were new owners at this convienently located Midas on Rt. 35 in Wall. George and Rick were both extremely helpful and we were in and out so quick that I went home and brought my wife's car in for service. If you had a bad experience in the past give the new owners a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Felt like leaving a review since the others were so negative. Took a chance on this place, really because they were the only close place that could see me walk-in on a Saturday. My car had a muffler problem. They diagnosed it, gave me 2 repair options, offered a very reasonable price, and got the job done very quickly while I waited... I was completely satisfied.
