They butchered my 2 year old, literally and figuratively. Zak, the owner/barber cutting his hair, was rushing while speaking to his buddy in his language, and nicked my sons ear. I didnt realize it until my son said "ouch! my ear" I looked at his left ear and it was bleeding. Zak took his filthy thumb and wiped the blood away saying there was nothing there... The blood immediately bubbled back up, and Zak swiped it away again! I told him to stop while I got a tissue and started cleaning the wound. Zak proceeded to get styptic powder and tried to rub it in, even after I asked him to stop. My son was very good, despite all this, but definitely wanted to be done. It was a horrible overall experience and I wouldnt be surprised if my son has an aversion to haircuts now. I would really avoid this place, ESPECIALLY if you have kids. The best part, is after all this, Zak looked offended that he didnt get a tip! Hes lucky I paid him!
