Roses Cleaners ruined my carpet (the carpet just shed all over the place after the dry cleaning) and ruined my husbands Boss suit. When I pointed out that they failed to remove a soup stain on the sleeve (which I put an orange stain sticker on), the girl proceeded to remove the stain with her fingernail. Yes, her fingernail... which ended up snagging the suit. When I pointed out that the sleeve was now damaged and that fingernail is not a proper cleaning method, the owner came and yelled at me for overreacting and told me to leave. Then he proceeded to blame me for the damage even though I tried to explain that his employee snagged it with her fingernail. He didnt even bother to listen and then blamed me for the damage. So unless you want to get your clothes and carpet ruined and get yelled at, dont bother going there. The owner has serious anger management issues that he needs to sort out.

Been here many times for dry cleaning. Havent had one issue with the quality of work or tailoring when required. Rose Cleaners is a bit more expensive than other cleaners in town however they are consistent in the quality of work.
