worst delivery person we have ever gotten in over 10 years.Her name was Jane Rivera who delivered to 825 3rd ave on 6/4/2014.she brought up one cart of sodas to the 24th floor reception and i told her those go to the mailroom on 21 she said no it says 24th floor so thats where she is leaving it and started unloading right there and then told me she has another one for us and she needs to hurry up because her trucks going to get a ticket.i told her do not put it there she didnt listen she said next time put the right floor i dont have time for this and walked back to the elevator.i asked for her name she gave me it but when i asked what company she worked for she said she works for her own company and didnt wanna tell me the name, but i can see clearly she was wearing a RDS shirt.i told her if u have a delivery you have to deliver it to the right person not just drop it where ever you want it goes to the basement not here i know it says 24th floor on your slip but thats reception and you cant drop them there its suppose to go to the mailroom on 21.Our receptionist was very displeased with the way she carried herself and cant be more upset with RDS.i told her I am not signing for it unless you bring it to the right place and she caught a even bigger attitude about how shes going to get a ticket and that she doesnt have time for this bullshit. I could not believe how rude this person was.i told her I am contacting her boss and she said i work for myself.never again will we let her back in this building.she deserves to be fired for the way she she talked to the client and did not care about getting her stuff delivered to the right place.

Cant say enough good things about RDS Delivery! I called with a slightly odd job - picking up a pack of papers in NYC, putting it together for FedEx to ship out next day, and getting it to DC (surprisingly, over 10 courier services I called wouldnt even entertain this?). Enter RDS - I spoke with Katrina and she was beyond helpful and put up with tons of last minute changes and randomness. In the end the package arrived perfectly, on-time, and I was kept aware via email updates at each step (courier pickup, courier drop off, tracking numbers, total cost, etc). My only issue is that they dont have a DC location - Id use them for everything!

Fast, friendly phone service - and each rep is over the top helpful. Messenger was prompt and professional. And the mobile tracking is totally cool and convenient. RDS is the ONLY delivery - messenger service that I use in NYC!
