I had two packages being delivered to my house. 1st package was dropped off at a different house, on a different street... which was a pain to figure out, but people make mistakes, all good. 2nd package I picked up myself at the FedEx Ground Office (Fairview Park Dr.), Saturday morning, March 25th. Within a few seconds of walking in, a nice employee passes by and asks me if Ive been assisted yet, I said no (because I just walked in). He gets his coworker to assist from the back. His coworker comes into the room, looks at me, and she says word for word, "Do they know how to push a service button." Very passive aggressive.
