I dont know why this makes you put at least 1 star just to write a review cause This Damn location definitely dont need any stars. I ordered some Broadway tickets for my dads birthday and have been dealing with the craziness of Noone bothering to come at the time I asked them too since Wednesday. I have been back and fourth with customer service and this wonderful woman named lakeisha called the station and Im guessing the same lady everyone keeps talking about was the one who told this woman that she will make sure they will redeliver my package today by 8pm as it states in my email and since 2pm I have been waiting coming back and fourth into my house every 5 min to make sure I dont miss the driver and its now 9pm and of course I call back and they tell me that the driver went back to the station and wont deliver till Monday. Why so the idiot driver can come back at a time hes not suppose to once again and I miss my package again??? This place is ridiculous. FedEx is the worse. I live in the Bronx but they want to send my package all the way out in Mount Vernon. Someone please explain to me what sense that makes??? Smh I will make sure to tell the people I got the tickets from to not even bother with this carrier cause its only going to make them loose money with their customers. This last lady I spoke to finally told me she will make sure they send my package to the nearest FedEx near me and I can pick it up tomorrow if anything. Whats funny is that they work on Saturday but they want to redeliver my package Monday.. A day where people go back to work and have to deal with this headache all over again. This location in Mount Vernon socks and they need to fire all those people and rehire new ones or just shut it down period!

Absolutely terrible service!!!! I wish they had negative stars because a zero star is not even worth it neither is 1. Im being charged almost $700 of a product I have not yet received. Missed my initial delivery attempt and I was told by FedEx customer service to sign the door tag and leave a note on top of the door tag and it will be honored as such. How stupid I was to do so now the sender says FedEx have delivered the item so theres nothing they can do because I signed the door tag. This is all because the deliverer after reading my note which clearly stated to send to another floor (same building) via an elevator, someone will be there to pick up, decided to leave the package at the FRONT door. Even worse is the person who was suppose to receive it on the other floor saw the deliverer and showed an ID card that hey, "my name is on the note posted to receive this item" and the deliverer said no I cannot give the item to you. But guess what she claims she left it in front of my apartment knowing that its a 24 flight apartment and not a house and that anybody can steal the package if left unattended. How smart! You cannot give the package to an identified Human Being whos name is on a posted note signed by me authorizing her to receive on my behalf but can leave it at my front door? Totally unacceptable, and for this reason Im done with FedEx! Im not that rich to pay $700 worth of an item I havent received, it would be better off donating to a homeless person but they better get my package back or Im taking legal actions, period!

This piece of garbage location doesnt even deserve 1 star. I have been waiting for an international package since Friday. It was supposed to be delivered to me by 10:30am,the time came and went. I checked and it said it wouldnt be there unail Monday. So I ran my errands to comeback later to see they attempted to deliver. I sat home all day waiting for my package on Monday. Someone came,but they never rang my bell. Oh and it wasnt at 10:30am,like it said so. They came at 3:37pm. I called the facility and spoke to an ignorant most likely miserable woman who said she would call the driver and call me back. I waited 45 minutes and no call. I call back and ask for her by the name she told me. They said there is no Sandra working here. So they have employees lying and giving out false information. A nice gentleman names Bernard was trying to be as helpful as possible. I called back this morning to see when it would be delivered. The same lying woman picked up and hung up on me. I have filed a complaint,and I feel for anyone who has to deal with this facility on a regular basis. I told my vendor to NEVER ship anything to me via FedEx. They will NEVER get a dime from me.

worst fedex service in the entire solar system. This is the second time they lied and said they attempted to deliver a package but no one was home. i was home both times and a door tag was never left in either instance! this time i take this very seriously because i ordered baby formula!!!!! at 5;29 the alleged delivery attempt was made i spoke to someone at the facility at 5;50 and the package was already at the location within 20 minutes..yea ok! this place needs to be shut down now!! so unprofessional and lazy. During christmas time i waited for a package for over a week that been shipped!!! the tracking status indicated it was on the truck waiting to be delivered, if i never called them my package wouldve sat on the truck for two more weeks. This complaint doesnt end here i am contacting corporate as well as better business bureau this lack of work ethics stops now.

This specific location or place is the worst when it comes to delivery. Ordered some items on Nikes website and used the provider FedEx instead of UPS. When I confirmed my order I also payed for two day shipment which was a mistake for me to pay. In the first day attempt they reported that either that I was not their, or could not make the delivery which is called "Delivery Exception." On the second attempt they reported another Delivery Exception and this time I was their the whole time looking out my windows. They never reported or stopped by my building to deliver the package. This was the worst service I have ever witnessed and that is why I dont trust them with my packages. Now I have to physically go to this location to pick it up because these people cant do their job...

The Service is horrible!!! They delivered my package to the wrong address. Instead of driving right down the road to deliver the package to the correct address, they drove back to their location in Mount Vernon and figured it would be okay to deliver it the next day. No one ever called to let me know what happened. Its obvious you pay a fee to have it delivered by a certain time for a reason (duh!). They had me call back repeatedly to be put on hold for long periods of time. Each time I had to call again because no one ever came back to the phone. Bernard was the person supposedly handling the matter. He kept lying and putting me on hold telling me the manager would pickup. He/She never did. I sure would like to know what kind of business practice is this!!!!
