Was expecting these packages since Friday. There were always people in our apt. Had the same problem with the Mt. Vernon office. Called Fedex twice for it. First time I was told if the package was not delivered, the delivery person get paid more for second and third attempts for it(bad policy if it is true). Today I called again and asked the rep to connect me to the local manager. Manager Darius was really nice to try to get the bottom of this. He told me they contracted out the delivery to other company and it is possible the same driver also works for the Mt. Vernon fedex location. However, the supervisor for the driver says "The driver could not get inside the building...He rang the bell and no one is answering..." The driver is lying completely and supervisor is so rude and siding with his drivers and then he hung up on me. It is corporate cultures like this that brings up people like him who sometimes climbs up the ladder to become people like Oscar Munoz of UA. I requested the video recordings for those times and it will be on youtube. Well done Fedex. Failure to pick up package.. Package finally pick-up at 7:11pm and the driver never came with the Pick-up label. This took several phone calls to ensure the driver would stop by. As of today (6/1/17) the status on their website is wrong. I just do not understand...
