The fact that you have to give them one star to even write a review is frustrating because in all honesty they deserve negative stars for their utter laziness and dishonesty! So heres my story...I ordered a package that was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday, they claimed the address was incorrect and then made a "second attempt" and claimed that I, the recipient "moved." The following day they then stated they could not find the recipient! Thank God I have cameras in front of my house:) so of course I checked the cameras and what do you know....nothing! The FedEx truck didnt even drive down my street! Bastards! Lying bastards! They never even came to my house, they lied about everything! I needed my package because I was going on vaca and now I will be going on my vacation without the things that I was counting on having. They could of called and I would have picked it up, but I didnt even receive a call! Now its too late! FedEx I hope you go out of business!

I was home when I recieved an update stating that my package was attempted to be delivered, at 1030PM. No delivery slip was left on the door. Missed the 2nd delivery at 10am today, "2nd attempt". I know I wont be around for the "final attempt" tomorrow so I called customer service. After a half hour of them reading non applicable scripted answers to my questions, they agreed to call the driver to redeliver the package to me since I am home, early from work. Driver refused since he was on his way back to the facility. Now I have to drive a half hour to the facility to attempt to pick it up. At least they didnt deliver the package to someone else or leave it in the lobby to get stolen- those were my last two Fed Ex experiences. I cringe everytime I see that a company has chooses FedEx to deliver my packages. The only thing I am guaranteed is an inconvenience.

Horrible service. I was told there was three attempted delivery of my package. However, the driver never left a call tag. I received a text message just once. I called fedex to hold the package at a facility; they gave me this address which is way out of my home district. I live in Forte Greene and had to travel all the way to ENY. When I got there at 2:30pm to pick up my package, I was informed my a woman over an intercom, that pick up is only available from 4:30-6:00pm. Really!! so I had to either wait an hour an a half or return on Monday between their pick up hours. Ridiculous!!! They spent all this money for this new facility, but neglected to staff the facility for pick ups during regularly scheduled business hours.

Same complaints as above. A package of mine was in Brooklyn since last Thursday 12/17. Its now Wednesday 12/23 and I still havent received it. No one can get in touch with the office there. The main call center said there was no one running the front desk. Its Christmas time, how is no one running the front desk during their busiest time of year?! They lied and said they attempted delivery on Saturday and that no one was home, but someone was home all day and they didnt even leave a slip stating they were there. I DO NOT trust Fed Ex anymore. Theyve ruined me getting a very sentimental present to my boyfriend for Christmas and have no apologies about it. Use UPS!

Very bad service ! You guys have to seriously THINK about your business! People will stay away from Fedex service if you keep doing this. If youd like to be the best . You have to make the drivers to call Costemer before they bring the packages . Like all shipping company does in Europe! After your service its fells like we live in 17 centuries! Phone call cost nothing this days . And you can always call from unknown number. Claimed that they made several attempts. I was home all day !! No attempts were made!! No stickers were left! Driver brought my package to Fedex station . Unbelievable!!!!!!

This Fedex Brooklyn location center manager never pick up the phone call and never call back does not matter how much complain you make through general Fedex customer service . Their driver bunch of dishonest workers who does not care about customer. Since 2 years complain nothing changed . I am sure other more much better service other location in US. So much complains done on Yelp and other network about their job performance , where district manager of Fedex doing , last option I need to complain to Fedex Cooperate Office TN , TX for that concern .

They was to deliver My package on the 16th.... they delivered it on the 15th to the wrong address.... I called on the 17th to find out wats going on, they retrieved my package the nxt day n said it was on the truck n will b delivered that day.....I been calling them everyday since the 18th n everyday since then they were suppose to have sent it out.... the head office cn NEVER reach them.....I was gonna go dwn their today n pick up my own damn package but of course theyre close for no apparent reason.......THIS LOCATION IS THEE WORSE!!!!!!!!!!

My package was suppose to be delivered on Dec 23rd, the employee lied and said there was no one home when I stayed home all day in addition in the track update he had a tag number when he never came. I was suppose to travel on the 23rd but changed my flight to Friday Dec 25th, I am still waiting all day 24th. I called the customer service line and the agent said to me if you needed that package before Christmas you should have ordered it earlier. I am never going to order from any company who use FedEx to ship my package.

Driver never rang our bell after we waited home for our package and got a notification on our phone that a delivery was attempted but no one was home, some BS. Called the FedEx 800 number what a waste of time. Called about 4 times only to be read a scripted answer. Finally got the number for this Fountain Ave location and Tamika answered the phone she called the driver and got me my package in about 10 minutes time. Tamika did what corporate couldnt do. Kudos and bravo. Thanks!!!!

Awful, tried to get a package delivered, the driver said he went there 3 times. He left a door tag also and even scanned it. No door tag found on door, wont use fed ex for any delivery in new york. I even left phone number not one but 2 for him to call if he was lost, never called. This location has no phone number listed. I googled my delivery address and saw it on google maps, clearly the residential home was shown. Very disappointed with fedex. UPS will get my business

if i had the option to give negative stars i would in a heartbeat. My complaint is the same as everyone else here, was supposed to receive my package January 2,2016 by home delivery, then the driver lied and said that i was not home though i was waiting with baited breath on my package i currently have made numerous complaints and have a case open. i am going overseas on the 11th, and im now uncertain that this package will ever be found or delivered
