Absolute worst delivery service in THE BRONX! Drivers will lie and say youre not home, leave NO notice/Door Tag. When you call to inquire, CS acts like you should just accept the horrible service that YOU PAID FOR. Also, drivers will also just "not make a delivery attempt" if busy. Well they know when they load their trucks if they will be busy package count + weather etc. And the favorite excuse for the 800# people is "its the holidays, so there are lots of packages". As if Xmas NEVER HAPPENED EVER BEFORE! The lack of staffing is disgusting for such a "large" company. I suggest when ordering online, STRONGLY request they do NOT ship via FedEx. Provided tracking and delivery dates are more HOPE than anything else. On a bright note, Sandy (at the Bronx terminal) has been helpful, but honestly I just want the items to be delivered. I dont want to hear excuses for why the driver failed do to his/her job. If tracking says its on the track, the driver SHOULD deliver...PERIOD. Everyone there should be fired day after Xmas!

servicio pésimo en el Bronx 10458 nunca te entregan un paquete pasan y dejan un papel Del lado fuera de la puerta del lobby ni siquiera entran a tocar la puerta de los apartamento y luego te dejan otro diciendo que pasaron que no avian nadie en el APTO, que pasen por la oficina a recoger el paquete, pues claro que no va aver nadie si ellos no tocan puerta, ya ellos cobraron su dinero no le importa, servicio malísimo deberían de mejorar, porque uno paga su dinero para que le den un buen servicio..

I am in such shock as to the unprofessionalism of FedEx with employees from this location I am was also disappointed and the phone customer service I clearly left a message to be noted to the driver that there is no one in my home after 12 p.m. painted able driving to tell me that a delivery attempt was made at 1:25 as I proceeded to ask him if he was returning to do a second attempt because yesterdays driver came twice he cut me off and told me that hes a different person and he does his job very well I said so nobodys questioning as to whether he do a good job Im trying to make a way to receive my package and he told me again that hes a good text person and proceeded to hang up on me I had left a message for the manager to this location to contact me because Ive been having difficulties since yesterday and I still have not received a call I am so surprised that FedEx is operating in this way its outrageous that an employee can be disrespectful to a customer and hang up the phone

Wish I could give zero stars this fedex facility is not reliable said package was out since 6:58am by 7:21pm I get an email stating package was delivered and given to my super(lie and apartment claim given package to is a made up apartment) why the driver felt the need to give my package to anyone when could of just rang bell and knocked on the door someone was home all day and my door is first door on right when enter building super is on the 6 floor which sounds closer? Hmm??? My super has no knowledge of my package nor was approached by fedex driver about holding a package for me..So wheres my package? Basically from what got for answer from the call center is my package was left unattended wherever or handed to anyone..Only way I knew package was supposedly delivered is by me tracking online and requesting email because driver left no door tag or any form of a notice..I contacted main fedex headquarters to report this crappy facility

This facility sucks use another carrier if possible, I was home all day on Friday Jan 2, 2015 waiting for a delivery it said it was out for delivery online in the tracking at 6:37 pm it said no one home to leave the package with which was a total lie I was home all day. I called the main number and they transfered me to a supervisor by the name of Kevin he assured me it would go out with the Home delivery service the next day Saturday. So around 3pm Saturday something said call them come to find out that he never sent the package out and the worst part is that the package was literally located across the street from me! a 5 minute walk when I asked the customer service rep the location of the package so these lazy incompetent lying people could not deliver my package to my building which is right across the street from them this is the worst service I have ever seen dont use Fed Ex.

They Are Trash Ill Paid Them Xtra To Bring My Package On Time They Never Delivered i Call The Facilitie To Tell Them To Bring My Package After 12 Am Because Im Working In The Am They Always Attempted To Deliver my Package In The Morning When They Know Im Not Home..and I End Up Paying Up Xtra To Pick Up My Package In a Different location Like 30 Minutes Away From Where I Live!....Fed Ground Is Trash I Dont Know How theyre Making Buisness They Just No Good....UPS Is A Way Better Company Thats y Theyre Much Bigger And Worth Much More than Fedex!!!!!....At Last Contact FedEx Some Lady Told Me Go with Doors Tag And Pick Your Packet I Spend 30 Dollars For A Cab When I Got To 635 Zerega Ave In Bronx Ny My Package Wasnt There i have Reschedule For Saturday No Recommended Fedex If Youre Reading This Dont Waste Your Money with This Company They Simply Suck!!!!!!!!

I just had the WORST experience with FedEx EVER!!!! Ive been waiting ALL DAY for a chair to arrive. I happened to be standing at my window at 6pm...I see the truck pull up. It sits there for a minute or so and pulls away! No sooner do I receive an email claiming I wasnt home and the package would be delivered another day!?!?!?!?! The driver NEVER got out of the truck!! No sticky note on my front door...nothing....I called and complained. They claimed they were having difficulty getting a hold of the driver but he would come back by 7:30pm. Well, needless to say that time came and went. I called FedEx back...they said NO ONE ever requested for the driver to return!!!!! Im sooooo beyond angry! Im filing a complaint with the BBB. UPS is 100% better. This office is a joke! If I could give negative stars I would.

I have had several horrible experiences with this FedEx location delivering my packages. They will attempt a delivery the first day and never send the package out a second time to try again. Most of the time they do early morning deliveries, most people are working early mornings so they are not home to receive the packages. Just recently I had a package delivered through them and received an email stating that the package was delivered 07/12/2017. Guess what!!!! It was never delivered and when I called them the guy Joshua asked me if I checked my mailbox. WHAT!!!! Today is the 20th... Did I check my mailbox???? No... I just assumed you guys didnt deliver it due to all the past bad experiences Ive already had in the past!!!. SMH... THE WORST!!!!!

If they didnt come to your door and you call to pick it up WHERE EVER the office is, you cant get it regardless. They either deliver it on the later date they gave to you or if you request to pick it up the location, they will give you LATER date to pick it up. Its like the dispatcher just wants to get off the phone with you and be done. No help what so ever. People get paid to have the job done. I wasted money for express shipping. On the day of them attempting to deliver my package, the dispatcher COULD NOT GET THEM ON THE PHONE!!! they could be hanging out and no one will ever know. They have terrible communication skills and lack professionalism. To hell with these people. They shouldnt earn a dollar or pissed on to put out a fire.
