It is inconceivable how a USPS post office can be this bad. Offenses include (but are not limited to): 1. If it snows, expect to not get your mail for 2 weeks-1 month. 2. Regularly (at least twice a week) receive your neighbors mail, or mail from another zip code. 3. Tracked packages reported "delivered" when they arent. 4. Mail box left hanging open in the rain, resulting in water soaked mail. 5. Rude employees insult you if you try to report any issues.

While the Armonk Post Office track record with home deliveries was horrible up until ~ 3 to 4 months ago, I must give credit where it is due. After discussing concerns with staff about letters we did not receive/letters addressed to our neighbors placed in our mailbox, service improved dramatically in recent months. Keep up the good work/thanks!

Im not sure if its just this location or USPS in general but they are useless for the most part. Ive had packages lost and not delivered on multiple occasions. The USPS employees working at this location are not friendly and could use some manners. Avoid this location if possible.

Unprofessional staff, inexcusable delays on overnight express delivery, and unwillingness to offer help characterize this post office. Stay away if you want your post delivered on time.
