They lost my package. I was returning my Amazon Prime textbooks, after i paid i wanted to put it in a box myself but the cashier told me its fine theyll handle it. And behold, 3 of my 4 textbooks never reached amazon and Im now stick with a $500 bill because of it. Dont trust this place with your stuff, stay as far away as possible!

The staffs are very rude. I went there to return bunch of amazon items and i had no idea that i cant use duck tape. He was very rude about the fact that I used duct tape and I re-did the whole taping there.

Staff is bad and theyll charge you an arm and a leg for any small service. I have to drive down to Manhasset to ship packages at the UPS store there
