Worst shipping: dont care about delivery to the door, dont ring or knock on the door, just leave the tags. Bad managers work - could not call me to readdress a package to local pickup location. I had to spend 3 hours to travel to this office. But in this office everyone is helpful and polite. They even asked if I wanna refill my water bottle.

FedEx definitely dropped the ball saying they tried to deliver my packages twice, pretty sure that was a lie especially seeing as one of those times I was in my front yard at the time they said it was attempted but the lady who helped me at the center was fast and pick up was seemless. Their delivery sucks but their pickups work, go figure .

Had to cancel a home delivery of a very large desk that was ordered from Walmart and wanted to pick it up. Let me tell you the Lawrence ground crew from the security guard to the staff was AMAZING. My package was there waiting at 8:30am , let me pull the car up the ramp and even helped load it my car.

Worst shipping service avoid. 2 days in a row falsely stated that order attempted but no response, blatant lie. No one came or even left a slip that was supposed to be left. Waited on phone for an hour for the manager who was utterly useless and told me to pick it up myself.

After they claimed to deliver 4 times (they never came once) to my home I had to go pick up here. Staff there was nice but a waste of my time since they never tried to deliver my package.

Falsely attempt 3 times. Last time only once they ring bell, only waited less than one minutes, when I came down , he was just running away with his truck.
