I ordered a package from Amazon containing a backpack. It had a really long shipping tkme, so when it was finally the day I waited 2 weeks for, I was excited to get my new backpack. Then, after waiting by the door to have UPS come to my house, I got a notification on my phone that there was a problem with the address and that I had to contact UPS. This would have been fine, if not for the fact that I had a package delivered to my house two days prior. I called Amazon and the rep led me to talking to the UPS representative, who told me they could not deliver the package and leave it, so i had to pick up the package within a week or it would be shipped back to where it came from. I live about a half hour away, so it is very inconvenient to drive to the facility, not to mention the fact that when I get home from school it is pretty much too late to even go out there and get my package because they have weird hours for pickup times and arent open on weekends. Will use FedEx whenever I can in the future.

I went here to pickup a package when they opened. They didnt open the doors on time. In fact, I waited approximately 15 minutes after the time they were supposed to be open. Then, waited an hour to be serviced only to be told that they werent open that day. I dont know what kind of operations the company is using, but you dont make customers wait that long only to tell them youre closed. It turns out they were open to sort packages, but closed to the public that day. Overall, bad customer service.

Liars! Do not show up. Claim no one was home. We were home waiting for days. They steal my packages then blame me. As a result, the Uniondale supervisor requires signed signatures for each and every package, causing me to be home every afternoon shipment is due. They are liars! Very corrupt. Thieves! Their supervisor needs to be FIRED!!!! Alternate drivers need to get their lazy asses out of the truck and give me my merchandise. This is s non profit agency. Enough is enough!!!!

My Christmas delivery was on the truck since 9:53 am guaranteed delivery today but never came. Guess the driver lost my package or was just too tired and pulled the truck in at the UPS location leaving my bix there! They now say they wont deliver my box on Sat so if I want it for xmas I have to go to the UPS location and pick it up myself! What a DISGRACE! Total uncaring incompetant people! And at CHRISTMAS ON TOP OF IT!!!!! I wish there was a NEGATIVE 10 Stars I could select!

This location and company do not deserve a single star. I only gave it one in order to have my review published. This location sucks. They supposedly made three attempts at delivering a package of mine from an online order when they really only made two attempts. Rather than hold the item and give me a chance to pick it up, they returned it to the sender, thereby cancelling my order. This policy sucks and UPS sucks. I will never use this company to ship anything of mine.

Spoke to someone called Alyssa who was very rude on the phone. I was expecting two smartphones and was just concerned whether they will arrive because i was told delivery would be by 4pm. Called at 5pm and there seemed to be a discrepancy regarding the delivery and called again an hour later to confirm. Alyssa was very rude and had an impatient tone. This is your job! If customer service is not your thing youre in the wrong field lady!

Should of given promotions even to part timers faster who worked for the once mighty UPS, would of been mightier today. UPS is still great for getting on time, well cared for deliveries in one fashion or the next! But where did they think workers came from in those days (mannequin factory) ohhhh commercials oooooooooo one can only (GUESS) you see the future is made of us (ALL)!

UPS the worst. My first package was lost and was never delivered. The second package w/ MY CHOICE was scheduled for 3pm-7pm delivery. They showed up at 1:30 guess what nobody was home. It was a case of wine so I have to wait another day. This office was in charge of the delivery and guess what they DONT CARE. Use anybody but UPS.

They open late. They made me wait for 2 hours (literally) looking for a parcel they didnt know where it was!!! And was difficult to lose it was 43lb, 3 buckets 5 gallon each!!! At the end was on the truck!!! For delivery, when they told me the day before that would be ready for pick up.

Very old school way of having customers pick up package. It should be redeliver or it should be at a local pick up location.its in a HUB which is like 17 miles each way from where I live.
