Left someone elses package at my door and there is no way to speak to a human at their Danbury location. also ground driver leaves packages at my front door where they can be easily stolen, not my back door, even though there are signs asking him/her to leave packages at back door.

They are horrible! Never told me they were trying to deliver a package and know wont let me get it! They wont send to another location so I can receive and holding my package hostage! Very unfortunate reasonable and not cusotmer service friendly at all!!!

Service levels at the office when sending packages depend on the staff on duty. From 5 star plus (Gavin?) to 1 star minus of other staff members. All delivery drivers we have are top notch without exception!
