THE WORST SERVICE EVER. Expecting a package on Tuesday, FedEx came and did not leave the package due to the shipper wanted a signature. .... OK, I can understand that. .. BUT the driver left a door tag stating that if I signed the door tag, and left it for the next day, they would have delivered my package. Wednesday, FedEx made the second attempt, and still they did not leave the package. So I called FedEx to find out why? Naturally, I got someone who spoke broken english and had no idea how to answer the questions I put before him. I asked him why my package was not left on Wednesday after I signed the release form the driver left on my door. The answer I got, was well that always doesnt work, so why did the driver leave the form for me to sign? and why did he take the signed form and still not leave my package? So now totally pissed off, I requested the package be dropped off at the local FedEx store. The answer I got is it will take an additional business day for it to arrive at the FedEx store for pickup on Friday. Today (Thursday ) I tracked the package for an updated status, the package arrived at 1:27 pm. and I could have picked it up today (Thursday) according to the FedEx location I had the package shipped to. 2nd. day service and it took close to a week to receive my package. FedEx has no idea about anything in there system, nor due they care. No wonder Tom Hanks befriended a volleyball, its the typical mentality of most FedEx employees.....

Terrible and unprofessional service. The driver has lost packages in the past, and is now refusing to leave anything without a signature confirmation, even though he has no authority to do so. All of my packages have been delayed 3+ days because he has taken it upon himself to try and require a signature. Signature service was not requested by me, nor the shipping company, but this driver is holding a personal grudge because there was one claim against him. When my packages are delivered by a different driver, out of the same Bethpage location, deliveries are easy. This driver has even been caught trying to leave a door tag for a package that he didnt deliver. He came to the porch, with one package in hand, there was already a package delivered by FedEx Farmingdale that was left on the porch, he filled out a door tag for 2 packages and tried to take the second package back with him. He should be fired, yet the supervisor at the Bethpage location has done nothing to remedy this problem.

Wish I could give these morons 0 stars. Completely wasted a day off and will probably have to do the same thing tomorrow since I doubt driving to Bethpage will make any difference. There was no attempt made to knock or ring the doorbell.Maybe they have a mouse shouting from the top of his lungs I was expected to hear. I thought it was bad enough waiting for half a day, but then waiting the whole day and it doesnt even show is ridiculous. If I had the option to only ever UPS I would. They come early and make sure there really is no one home before leaving. The local guy will usually even swing by a second time if he missed you.

First, yesterday the tracking number indicated delivery scheduled for today. Today the FedEx came and went with no delivery. Re-checking the tracking number indicated delivery was RE-scheduled to tomorrow. Called FedEx, no explanation. BUT Im told I can have the package held at their depot and I can pickup directly there at 9 a.m. Hours later I dont see this status reflected online so I call back to check. Turns out Im not allowed to pickup from the depot, the package has to go to a public distribution center, but they cant tell me when itll get there. Unbelievable!

I had a package coming in the mail that needed a signature, so I waited home for it. 5 hours I waited, no doorbell. So i go to look outside, and there was a note saying that they "missed me." Mind you, there were 2 cars in the driveway. The guy did not even bother ringing the bell, he wrote the note and left. Which then meant I had to go out at the later hours to the store to pick up my package because that truck would not be done until 9 Oclock. I try to steer clear of Fedex from now on because they are just too lazy to do the job they are paid to do. Done.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a package on Thursday and was on the truck by Saturday. So they say they couldnt "reach me" and decided theyd try again Tuesday. So Tuesday comes and once again they couldnt reach me meanwhile I was in my own home at the specific time they tried to drop off the package. I dont know if its this fedex in General or if its the company itself but this is absolutely terrible. This is the last time I order through this terrible company. I highly recommend anyone considering using fedex, to type UPS in their web browser instead

They left the package at the dist center by mistake.it said its in the truck Saturday and Monday I get a convenient message that its going to be delivered Tuesday. Worst place. Never again. Isnt this a shipping company? Seems like a basic thing that they cant even handle. Ive never been so frustrated. Took a day off for this since i need this phone for work and now Im in my way to pick it up myself 1 hr away! Fedex should close this location down.

Worst service ever, seems there is a rampant issue of drivers not even knocking or attempting to ring a bell and just post notice. This company should be ashamed of the way it operates. Customer service have no ability to even help the coustmer and are rendered useless by a company with no standard. I would never ship with FedEx for my home or business. Their long Island service is horrendous!!!

Terrible service, your driver left package 3 houses down and if is not because I saw the truck there and walk to retrieved from neighbors house, it could have been gone, then I call customer service 1-800 # and all I got is a recorded msg that they are close for Thanksgiving? wtf is Wednesday Nov 16, 2016! Also no answer from Bethpage dist. center, very unprofessional!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The USPS has SO MUCH more to ship and deliver but FEDEX takes AGES to deliver a package. Customer service LIES and says package is ready to be picked up just to get you off the phone. If you are someone who direly needs a package by a certain specific date, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, they WILL delay you a few DAYS. IM SO FED UP GAHHHHHH!!!!

First they sent my package to Bethpage facility for pickup instead of New Hyde Park which I had requested. It took is an hour to get to Bethpage only to be told my package was on its way to the New Hyde Park facility. No apology or regrets of any kind. In fact the manager there threw his hands in the air as if to say "oh well". Never again!
