I usually dont have an issue with UPS but this is now the 2nd time Ive had stuff "Delivered" according to their records but no package in sight. This time it said it was "Left at Front Door". Well I know they were lying since it was a snow storm and there were no foot prints leading to my front door. I could not find the package at all. I came to find out 3 days later, when the snow melted they left it curbside at the base on my mailbox buried beneath the snow pile that the plow created. I have a covered porch, they had no excuse. Last incident said they attempted delivery of a gift of wine our friend sent us 3 times and didnt leave package or ring bell. came to find out they delivered it back to the person who originally shipped the item across town. We finally got our wine after spending 3 days on a hot truck. Yeah, that wine was no good now. Thanks UPS

I hate their customer service with a passion... Unhelpful, barely responded any of my questions, didnt even give me much choices on how i could be helped... I came there to pick up my check from work cause lazy ass boss didnt bother to wake up early enough to catch the truck in time to give me my check.... So i went there thinking, "Well if my boss couldnt get my check, I can get it myself giving that my check is addressed to me personally", So reasonably they would be able to help out, I mean i brought all my identification so why not... End up not receiving anything resembling something that sounds like they could be able to help...instead insisted that i use one of their phones like some service hotline to get information... In the end i didnt get what i wanted and more pissed that they didnt even think anything that may help, they didnt even try

If I could give a negative review I would. This is the second time in the last few months I have had a delivery with UPS and the second time I have had a huge issue. I now request places to deliver with any other company. My husband stayed home all day for 3 deliveries. When UPS finally came my husband signed for what was there which was only 2 of the 3 tracking numbers. The third was in the truck but I guess driver did not realize until 20 minutes later. By then my husband had run out. Driver put note on tracking that no adult to sign and it has to be rescheduled. I called ups and they said it is rescheduled for...April 27!!!! 2 weeks from now. Are you kidding me. Worst service ever.

THIS HAS TO BE THE ABSOLUTE SERVICE FOR UPS EVER... I WENT AWAY IN JANUARY SHIPPED MY ITEMS BECAUSE I COULD NOT FLY THEM BACK WITH. IT IS FEB,18 AND I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE MY PACKAGE THAT HAS BEEN SHIPPED OUT BACK IN THE FIRST WEEK OF FEB. THE DRIVER NEVER LEAVES A NOTICE AND DOES NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO RING THE BELL OR ANYTHING. SUCH A HUGE INCONVIENENCE ESP IF I HAVE TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO PICK IT UP FROM THE STRATFORD LOCATION... WHICH IS ALSO CRAP BECAUSE YOU GET THERE AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE TOO BUSY SCREWING AROUND AND HAVING PERSONAL CONVERSATIONS THEY HAVE NO IDEA THEY HAVE CUSTOMERS WAITING. BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE FOR THE FAIRFIELD/BPT AREA.....CONGRATS U GUYS SUCK!!!

Im often not home when UPS delivers any packages that needs signatures and the Honeyspot Rd Customer Center is a godsend. If you call the number on the UPS slip that the courier leaves at your door, you can have your package held at the customer service desk and pick it up at 6-9pm the next evening (and sometimes the same night). Ive never had any issues doing this and everyone (from the phone reps to the customer desk) has been great. Im not sure why most people have issues but Im glad for the afterhours availability and would definitely recommend them for anyone in my position.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The facility runs 24 hours a day 7 days a week but they make it so difficult to accommodate a customer on situations that they get frowned upon. I was home all day waiting for a package, it never came. When I tracked the package it stated that they attempted to deliver it and no one was home. Then I go out of my way for them to tell me I cannot pick up my package today but yet its probably 200 feet away from me. Everything is inconsistent with this place the time the customer service the employees ect.

This is really annoying. I was supposed to receive a package on Monday but I wasnt able to collect it, so they brought it back to the warehouse because they needed me to pay duties on it before letting me have it. I then payed the same day and went to the office to pick it up myself, and they told me that for some reason they had to keep it on hold. Now Ive been waiting for 5 days and no matter who I call, nobody can tell me whats going on. This is really frustrating, especially because it is my computer, on which I work day and night for my job.

Worst possible customer service ever!!!!! A package was shipped by UPS and refused by the UPS store and returned marked return to sender by UPS Store….somehow this is my problem? I was told by every employee that the UPS Store is a franchise and it was their fault. I’m sorry, if it says UPS on the building it’s a UPS issue…I was almost like dealing with a governmental agency as far as lack of customer service….now even though they still have the package, only the shipper can approve it to be delivered to me….UGH Stupidity on so many levels.

Was waiting for my package to be delivered on the day tracking status said out for delivery and no show. I tracked the package again to find out the driver returned it as undelivered due to wrong street number. The street number wasnt wrong the driver failed to locate my house cause he was too damn lazy to get out and check the numbers. I never had an issue like this. I paid for expedited shipping now i have to go and personally pick my package up at a place that has such negative reviews. Dont think I will be using UPS again.

The absolute WORST experience EVER! I will never use UPS again I will rather use FEDEX, USPS or I will drive and pick up my package myself. UPS lied about the shipping, said my package would arrive in a few minutes and here it is a day later and STILL no package! They had also LIED when they told me that they made an attempt to deliver my package and no one answered the door BECAUSE I WAS SITTING THERE THE WHOLE TIME WAITING FOR IT! Stratford, CT UPS is a joke, clown shoes and I will NEVER use them to "deliver" a package again.

I ordered a part from California and in return i send them my old old part to rebuild.They even sent me a return shipping label to return it. I took it to ups they scanned my return label and told me i was all set.Two days later it showed back up at my house????? and the nasty rude driver pulled in front of my house and hit his horn like he was stuck in traffic then walked by my wife with her arms open to take the package and never said a word back to her. Real sweetheart.
