I ordered some bridal invitations on 6/29, that were supposed to take 4-7 days (not counting the 4th & weekend) to ship. It was to be delivered by 7/7. They were sent to this facility. Somehow, after it was processed, it sat there for several days, before it was "sent out" to my local post office. How it went from being serviced by UPS to USPS, Ill never understand, but on 7/11 I went to pick up the package at the post office and was told by the clerk "theres no package here." It was now day 9. I had to re-order the invites, and return the missing ones- which i have to return to the company. Invited that still have not come in ! On 7/13 I was informed on the UPS website that my package was delivered to me that same day, by the USPS postman... So where are the invites ? Nothing was delivered, nor placed in the box. So, between the time they were ordered and dropped off at this UPS facility, the box is now MIA. I called to complain and was given an 800 number to call, only to find out that they were closed on the weekends. UPS innovations, SUCKS ! avoid using this service if you can.
