Some of the staff are very helpful and others are quite careless. My sister-in-law had a great experience shipping her things, but I did not. I shipped a number of books and other items with them last week and the two people who helped me assured that they would pack them well and take care of everything for me. My most fragile items were packed very well, but all of my books were thrown into one big box without any packing materials. Since the box was not full, the books moved around and many of them got damaged. The box was also so heavy that I could not carry it from the place it was delivered to my home. I had to open it and carry the books in several bags and crates. I just called to claim the insurance I paid for on the box and the person who helped me on the phone was nice about it and helpful, so well see what happens.

Always friendly, my favorite place to ship things from. Sometimes staff arent well trained, but the ones who are take their job seriously. A very convenient location to have packages sent in lieu of the house.
