This review is for THE UPS STORE SOUTHBURY PLAZA 100 MAIN ST N SOUTHBURY, CT 06488 Friendly and personable. Ed McAniff and Paul wrote the book on Customer Service. They always go that extra mile to help you with your packages and answer all your questions. They make it a point to ship your packages the most cost effective way for you, that gets the packages there when needed. They dont automatically go for the most expensive way. They customize the shipping options that meet your needs. At this UPS Store, whether you need something packed, faxed or mailed by them for safe transit, or maybe youre just dropping off something you packed or picking up a package being held for you, make no mistake, they will help you! Ed or Paul will help you pick out just the right box and packing material if you choose to pack your own items. They always greet you with a smile and thank you for stopping by to use their services, all occasion cards, packing materials, or use a USPS mail box where you can have your mail delivered. Ive been going to this UPS Store since I moved to SOUTHBURY 7 years ago. I have only good things to say about all my interactions there. There are no negatives comments to make. Ed and Paul know what theyre doing and theyre always there to help you with a positive and friendly attitude.

The counter guy was so rude ! I went in with a preprinted 2nd day UPS label, and some tickets to send. He said, leave them with me. I said, no Id like to put them in the envelope myself and seal the package. He asked me why, and I said the tickets were very valuable ($450). He snorted, laughed and said nastily "Well, Im not going to give you an envelope." Very rude, unhelpful and nasty. And - why wouldnt he give me an envelope so I could put my tickets in and seal it myself ? Dude, if you are reading this, here is how you respond: "Im sorry sir, we dont stock UPS envelopes here. Youll need to go to a UPS drop box to get an envelope."

The old guy in there is a rude d*ckhead and condensending. He felt the need to refer to me as a lazy customer just because I needed tape to tape my printed UPS label from Amazon. I wasnt asking for "handout". All he had to do was charge me the $2.00 for two pieces of rip tape that his store apparently charges if it would have made him feel better instead of running his stupid old mouth and be rude about it. If you want to be treated poorly and be charge outrageous charges, then go to this store. I prefer the one in Southington.

We were in this store a week ago and Paul was the nicest man i have ever dealt with. We brought in a package the size of a house and he broke it down for us so we didnt have to take out a mortgage.His whole computer system went down and he never lost control. It was the most pleasant experience i have ever had at a UPS store. He needs to be commended. Brent , Hampstead NC

The guy there is a complete rude idiot, been in there a bunch of times and every time he is a jackass. I see no reason not to use FEDEX if this is the type of people that UPS relies on to provide a service. I have seen apes at the zoo hurling feces at each other with more of a personality than this moron. The best experience I have while there is when he says nothing,

Feeling little fears before entering the store: do I really have to go? I have to ask myself couple of times to make sure I do need to. Because I have no idea what attitude the day and moment to anticipate from the owner. Owning a small business to make a basic living is not easy. But, Hopefully the owner could have more smiles, less unpleasant talking.

I go to UPS EVERY day. Thats how our business ships. Most UPS stores its a struggle to get help unloading. These guys have reached a point where they meet me at the door everyday with a wheeled cart and wont let me lift a thing. Super personable, very friendly, always professional and smiling. I wont use any other UPS now. Bravo guys! Keep up the good work

Do not use this store! Use the mail room down the road. This guy here is Rude, rude, rude. Took a prepaid UPS package to store and was given a lecture about how they wouldnt make any money on my package. Blah blah blah. Horrible costumer service. I have bought boxes here that were very over priced so Ill consider us even.

HOSTILE, ABRUPT, RUDE - theres nothing else to say. I HATE having to give bad reviews but after numerous experiences, all equally dismal, feel as though its time to warn others. I wont be spending my money at this store again. Ill either have my packages picked up or Ill try the UPS store in Watertown.
