The Business & Shipping Center is fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and skilled. I had them ship two vintage chairs across the country for me, and they packed them expertly, ensuring that they arrived in perfect condition. They also did all of the research to find the best, most affordable, and safest shipping carrier. The team there made the whole process so easy and stress free, and they communicated with me every step of the way, so I knew exactly when my treasured items would arrive. I could not be more pleased with my experience and I highly recommend them. Their care and expertise in packing and shipping is unparalleled.

Not only is the customer service above and beyond they understand my needs and help me in so many ways. I am very satisfied with my experience at the Business and Shipping Center of Southbury. I am very proud to say that I have never shipped anything without bringing it here first. I appreciate the hoaspatatily that the store gives you when you walk in the door it if s very friendly atmosphere. And of course they are always having events here like the bunny where you can come and have your picture taken with the bunny. Or the Alexs Lemonade stand whoch helps raise money for childhood cancer this is run by the owners incredible daughter. I would use the Business and Shipping Center of Southbury for anything.

Business & Shipping Center is great. I needed to ship 20 large boxes to one location. I thought I was going to pay a lot to ship everything but they told me that I could ship everything on a pallet and it would cost half as much as I was prepared to pay! Great value. Also, they have a drop off computer repair services that Ive used twice so far. These guys are MUCH better than Staples or the Geek guys. Thanks for all of your help and keep up the good work.

Absolutely 1st class service end-to-end. Had to ship some antiquities off to the UK and they took the time to explain ISPM/IPPC packing. Offered to build a custom container and help with the paperwork. The owner was incredibly helpful, stopped late one evening to let me inspect the contains prior to sealing. Absolutely great business. Thoroughly recommend!
