Lazy is putting it mildy. I ask for delivery to "2nd floor" they leave a heavy box in the middle of the stairwell and no one could get by! a few more steps and they could actually place it by the door where its going, but nooo, thats way too much trouble. Ive called to report it numerous times, they just ignore the request and do whatever they want. However, UPS and USPS have no problem walking things up to the 2nd Floor landing. Whenever I have a choice I do not order anything to be delivered via FedEx because I know better.

this service centre sucks ass. ive been getting door tags but the package was never delivered to my door as they are supposed to. lazy asses leave the door tag everywhere but my door. someone needs to be fired!!!!! this is serious. this info is also going to be submitted to the bbb.

I love this severice the drivers are polite and informative they always deliver to my frontdoor. I have never had an issue with this service. They are also very fast sometimes I cant believe have quick I get my packages.
