This shipping facility is not reliable for Saturday delivery. On 8/19/17 I had an urgent package coming via Saturday delivery. Our factory was open and running a production shift. The receiving area door was open and staffed. I had even left a note on the front door telling the driver to use the receiving area and I left my phone number. A few minutes before 11 I even went back to sit by the open receiving door. At 11:07 my tracking status changed to "Delivery Exception- Customer not available or business closed." This is simply not true and I wonder if the driver even bothered to drive in our driveway. I saw no truck nor received a call on the number I left. If you need a package delivered on Saturday I would advise using a different shipper. After picking up the package at this location Im adding a star because the staff there was excellent and had the package ready for me. But I still had to go get it when it should have been possible to deliver it.

A delivery guy who comes from this hub is a true JERK! Every time I have a packaged delivered by fedex he NEVER actually knocks the door. He puts a slip on the door and runs until I am FORCED to go down to the location and pick up my package. This time I had a new phone shipped overnight. $50+ fee. He slaps a sticker and runs and I am stuck at home with no contact and a baby. I was babysitting my couch ALL DAY at that! When he does deliver the package he is always delivering smoking a cigarette . He needs to QUIT if he dont want to do his job! UPDATE: When my husband called for me about it 3hrs before 5pm when he returns to port, the workers in the office said you have no choice to wait until MONDAY or come down. I hope this FEDEX hub cleans house because the service sucks!

FedEx is the worst delivery service anywhere, not just this location. Nearly every package Ive ever had delivered by FedEx, no matter where the package is delivered, has been damaged, late, never arrived, or Ive had some sort of issue with. I no longer order from companies that use FedEx as their only shipping option & I never have & never will use them to ship out. Nothing but bad experiences with FedEx & will never support this company as long as I live. Even boxes containing fresh food are delivered smashed & left out in the rain unprotected. Thanks FedEx, youve ruined tons of products & shopping experiences & Im sure youve cost lots of businesses tons of money. Use FedEx if you want disappointment & want to waste your money!

Same as everyone else. Important package, stayed home from work for delivery and everything. As Im sitting on my couch, I get an update on my email saying attempted delivery fail and since "no one was home" he left sticker for re-delivery/pick up. Thete was no sticker on the door, no note, and i was home at the time. No knock, no doorbell. I have a 150lb Rottweiler that was with me, he also hear and saw no delivery man. Its a heavy package. And based on prior reviews, its clear he made no attempt at true delivery. Now I must wait until 630pm, drive 40 miles round trip, and only have a 30 minute window between the time the package returns, and store closing. Fire this a hole already.

FedEx is so garbage. UPS all day. This place is very small and the staff are nice enough. The problem is I always have to go here to retrieve my packages because the people on the ground are no good. Its like FedEx doesnt want to actually deliver your package. They always pull into my driveway and either dont get out their car and leave or knock once while Im cooking/bathroom/taking care of kids.. They wait like 15 seconds max and leave. Even when the door swings open and they can obviously see someone answered as they are leaving they dont care. I wont buy anything that ships through FedEx.

Bought 700$ live corals need it overnight and suppose to arrive at 10:30 now its 4;00 no show I called to ask where driver is they said its still in facility and will be ship the next day. I offer to pick up because its 3 towns over but nope they wont let me. if its not here today all my corals will die due to the cold and been over 24 hours in a bag. Called three times still. I help "I cant tell you where the driver is but you have to wait" now am sufferings through 700$ down the drain. Why offer next day if u cant guarantee it.

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK SEAN AND RAY FOR BE SO GREAT, FED EX 800 LIKES TO OUT SOURCE THERE CALLS,HSOME FOREIGN COUNTRY THEY COULD EVEN SPEAK PROPPER ENHLISHAD ME RUNNING TO WRONG DEPARTMENTS WATSED MY TIME AND DAY OFF BUT THESE GUYS.. FedEx drivers in my area are pretty decent and nice to deal with, the folks at this location arent bad, but it feels like the damn DMV or post office when your in line trying to get something done at these places... they need to do something to make it suck just a little bit less and move a bit faster when your stuck using the brick and mortar

Terrible! Same as someone before me. Sticks a note to my door, it CLEARLY says "First Attempt", I sign the tag, stick it back on the door every day for a week, but now I still have to drive 20 miles out of the way for a package that may have been sent back to the sender. And here I thought UPS drivers were lazy! UGH!!

Fed Ex just delivered 2 large packages to me that belong to someone else. The driver ran the stuff in and never tried to speak to anyone. Ran the stuff in and left. By the time I got outside, the truck was gone. Really awful service.

They are the worst!! This FedEx stated my address was incorrect because they were to lazy to find my house and sent my package back to the sender! I always have an issue with FedEx never have this issue with UPS!!

Horriable, the driver on my route has yet to deliver a package correctly to my address. I consistently have to open claims against FedEx. Ive taken to only ordering from companies who use other delivery services.

Terrible service. Just because of an incident that happened with the driver says he will not deliver to my address ever again so I must pick up my packages at facility and I;m disabled.

This service center is terrible. Never on time with deliveries and they refuse to return your phone calls to help you track packages.
