Waited a whole day for this package (which by the way they could have delivered it a day earlier, I guess I just got forgotten - waited in Hartford for a whole day for christ sakes!) Then, as its on the truck, the guy comes by and doesnt even knock on the door. I went to check for the mail from USPS, to find a nice little note on my door that says "We will re-deliver tomorrow". Infuriated, I called the customer service line only to be greeted by the wonderful f**** computer that I had to keep spamming 0 to get a human; who sounded like she hated her job. Then, I was told I had to wait to see if I could get arrangements to pick up my package today - so, I wait. A woman calls, she says I have to wait until 7:30! 7:30?! ITS 3 OCLOCK RIGHT NOW! I understand that the truck has to go through its whole run of packages; tons of probably undelivered packages because the guy is too lazy to knock; but come on! Terrible company; if I had the choice, I would have chose FedEx.

This is why more and more people dont use UPS. Its expensive and the service is inconsistent. I got a package that was left at the bottom of my drive way in pouring rain and the package was so wet, its a miracle the shoes inside werent damaged. It used to be that someone would drive up and leave packages either on my doorstep or under the roof of my garage. Whoever delivered this package just dumped it at the bottom of the drive way. When I went on a live chat to complain, the live chatter sounded like a robot and just gave me another number to call. Completely worthless waste of time. If they have no customer service, they shouldnt pretend that they do.

I usually have decent experiences with UPS, but after this experience, I will never be using UPS again. Not only do they have attitude while trying to pick up packages, they "lose" packages. My sister has been trying to retrieve her package since Friday, and every time she goes, they give her attitude stating, "we dont have your package". Yet, shes getting updates from tracking saying its still there and how she refused the package and today is the last day to retrieve it. HOW CAN SHE RETRIEVE A PACKAGE THAT THE PLACE CONTINUOUSLY SAYS THEY DONT HAVE? which they have to have! Im fed up. Thanks UPS, for making the decision to move to FedEx so much easier.

I was supposed to pay customs fee for my package but the girl had no idea what I am talking about and she already gave the package to me without any fees... But I wanted to be honest and said that I was supposed to pay couple of bucks. So then she asked someone for help and the other lady that came explained that she should not give the package to me without checking my ID and without the fee being paid. Overall I have no complains but seems like they would easily give your package to almost anyone that knows you should pick one up from that place. .... Ive received an invoice for what I have already paid. Are you kidding me!?

Ive had constant issues with packages being marked as,"delivered," but Ive been home on those days and have never seen them physically drop the package off. When you call to complain all they say is,"Well, the driver marked it as delivered so it was delivered." Uhhh NO. So theres no accountability for the select few drivers that steal peoples packages and we should just sit here and pay for it? All UPS said they can do is ask the driver, like an employee would actually admit to mail theft. They could open an investigation via UPS but yet again what employee would fess up to taking peoples stuff? Im beyond pissed.

Horrible!!!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!! I was expecting a package and decided to track it because I had not received it. Low and behold the tracking system stated that a delivery was attempted and no one was available which is a BOLD FACED LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was at home and no one EVER came to my home!!!!! Then I was told that I wouldnt get my package until Monday which is after my event!!!!!!!! Are you friction kidding me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible!!!! Horrible!!!!! Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waited on my front porch 4 hours for the package to come (2 hours before) and an hour after the package was scheduled to be delivered. Never came. Went inside and literally 2 hours laster the package was "attempted to be delivered". Found a note on my front door. Called customer service and was told I could change delivery instructions and the package would be delivered tomorrow around same time. Here goes ANOTHER wasted day. Disappointed, to put it nicely.

GOT A NOTICE THAT UPS NORTH HAVEN CAN NOT DELIVER A PACKAGE TO MY RESIDENTIAL WALLINGFORD HOME. SINCE I GET THEM AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK NOT SURE WHY AS NO SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED. A CALL TO UPS NORTH HAVEN GETS A REVOLVING MESSAGE AND NO WAY TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. AMAZING TO GET ROTTEN SERVICE AS UPS IS USUALLY GOOD. IS IT UNTRAINED DRIVERS ON THE ROUTE TODAY?

Worst ups. I waited for my three packages which were in the same cargo.one arrived, while one been held and other send back to the sender even its s the first attempt. I called them and they said that happened by mistake and I have to deal with the sender. All what I can say is thank God for Amazon customer center" the best" and I hope UPS learn from them.

Ive had multiple situations where they say they delivered the package and it never came. The most recent said it was delivered to the front desk and signed by DAVIS...there is no DAVIS in my office and i sit right by the entrance and not a single UPS employee came in that day. I gave three stars because 9/10 times my packages arrive on time.

Some Chinese Fed X worker left my package in the lobby of my apartment building where there was about 20_25 other tenants. He was supposed to bring it to the 9th floor for me to sign for it, but he left it n the lobby on the first floor. Luckily my friend look at the name and new it was for me... Now im worried about other packages.

I dont why they even bother telling you a time to pick up your package. After making "arrangements" by calling the customer service number they call you and give u a time to come by and pick up your package that hey missed delivering to you. Waited an extra 1:45 for the truck to come in. Not impressed in the least bit.

I usually have great experiences at ups. I send and receive a lot through them. I went to north haven for the first time and the ladies were shockingly rude, attitudinal, unhelpful, and honestly...just ridiculous. I wont go into details but definitely go anywhere but there.

Package was not delivered on time. The package didnt require a signature and UPS claims to have made an attempt to deliver. I was home, and there was no attempt.
