I just happened to come across these reviews, and am really surprised about the discrepancies in a few of the reviews. Personally, I work for (30-50 employee) marketing/ public relations firm based out of Hartford that uses Corporate Mailing services on a weekly basis. I have always found the company to be respectable, honest, and efficient which I think is the most I can expect from any company I do business with. Unlike other companies I have worked with which tend to promise low prices to get our mail, only end up overcharging us after. This has led to frustration, headaches, and 2 hours on the Pitney Bowes customer service line to sort out the "error" which they first rallied was what they actually cited in the first place. It wasnt until I faxed the original agreement they gave me to them, did they honor their original price. I came to CMS out of frustration, and did not expect a small company to not only give me a fair and reasonable price for the 5,000 to 8,000 pieces we typically put out a week, but they even picked up on time, kept true with their price quote, and even followed up with a phone call just to ask if we were satisfied after our first two weeks of using them. They almost have always been on time to pick up our mail, get it out on time, and keep it simple! The best is even when we have times when our mail volume may be a few thousand pieces higher on rare occasion, they still are able to accommodate. I would give them 4 stars, only because I would love for them to expand more of their services.

the owner of the company asks drivers no to report accidents because he said that the insurance premiums will go up, do not offer them medical care, nor filled the reports of Work Compensation required by law. CMS claims and lost a hearing with the department of unemployment since he can not fire anyone based on an anonymous report, also in this case the driver had an excellent driving record with no accidents or tickets. In this case there had been an accident as a result that the caliper and the brake pads were in poor condition due to lack of maintenance

5 stars Honest, great service We have been doing business with Corporate Mailing for more than 10 years. They have been honest, saved us $$$, and have bent over backwards to help us with rush mailings at times. They pick up our mail for free each day and now they even do our postage metering. They do many of the banks and universities and have customers all over the state. We heard about them from our local postmaster. Glad PB has competition.
