Took more than a week for a deliver (which they didnt). I had to call the center to have it redelivered many times with very detailed instructions (to a very easy location to find). No other drivers have ever not delivered it and marked it delivered like this was which made me worry that it was dropped of with the wrong people. I was promised on many occasions that the address would be found and the package would be dropped off. I ended up having to pick my item up in person. It is now left with damage and made by a company that is closing their shop. I will not and request not to have any more deliveries through this ups and rather had it sent to the new location I moved to out of this area.

Every experience Ive had there has been terrible. Ive sent out two boxes from there . One I spent $120 for next day delivery and the manager sent it out ground. It was my daughter-in-laws baby showers gift for my first grandson. The second box was this week I sent back to Amazon. They opened a completely taped secured box and now the items are missing. Wont be using them again.
