This outfit totally lost a delivery package and refused to fix the problem.. The driver supposedly left a large Christmas package with "a neighbor"--DSL were never given permission to do so. We have no neighbor (was signed for by someone we never heard of--NOT a neighbor). We were home all day on delivery date, and both days before and after the delivery date. No DHL truck came by. DSL will take no responsibility for this screw-up and "closed the case." BOTTOM LINE: DSL screwed up the delivery, lied about it, and then simply say "Too bad. Case closed." The driver is either lying or obviously stole the box. What a crappy company.

They deliver pkgs.from Dominican Republic, wich is very hard to ship or receive from this island. I dont know on any other company better than DHL to do this job better...sorry ups or fedex but I stick to dhl,sincerely detroit_rock
