I am delighted with the service I received from Steve Herman’s (owner) UPS Store. Recently I had 1 framed drawing and 6 paintings shipped from this store in Holbrook to Trumansburg, N.Y. These paintings were made with extremely raw, delicate materials and were painted 42 years ago. To say they were in a delicate state and that they were of great sentimental value to me would be an enormous understatement. I brought these items to the Holbrook UPS Store at around 4pm on Thursday, November 12th and they were shipped and on their way to Trumansburg by 7pm that day. All of these items arrived in pristine condition, well wrapped and exactly when the tracking time was stated. Steve and his staff answered all of my questions, were very accommodating to my wants and needs concerning this shipment, including a timely and careful estimate of cost which came very close to the final invoice figure. I recommend the service at this store without hesitation.
