Outrageous rates!! Wanted to charge me $16+ to ship a small box across the lake. The post office did it for $6!! Theyre great to just drop off a UPS shipment with a prepaid label but otherwise they wont be seeing my business again.

Shipping rates are incredibly overpriced -- wanted almost 2x the regular UPS rate to ship a 3 lb package to California. I went to the post office, saved $10 and it was there in less than half the time.

Everything I go in I get questioned about the boxes I use. Not sure what this has to do with the service they provide. My boxes are always prepaid so all they have to do is pass them off.
